I really love these. SAS makes a great shoe and they are targeting more younger women. This flat is super simple and basic on the outside but provides very firm support on the inside. The soles have really lovely support. The leather is thick - almost too thick in that it will take a while to break in. I’ve had these for about six months. I have very wide, fat feet and my feet slipped into the 8.5WW nicely and they make my feet look feminine. Only issue is that I was hoping the top of the toe area would soften up more. The width is great along the curved area where my toes begin to show just barely. The leather is so thick and stiff that after walking in them this are cuts into my foot and I have a visual curved mark when I take them off. This all depends on how your feet fit into the shoe so it will be different for everyone. I wear the shoe for days when I don’t have to walk so much but darn, these would be the absolute best if I can get that area to soften a bit.

It could have been THE ONE, ...beautifully finished, lovely suede, but the toe box, though comfortably wide, was too short for the big toe and it wasn’t going to work. The blue suede was not a clear blue or navy..it looked purple in indoor light.

I have several SAS shoes and they have always fit me very well - length and width. I was disappointed in the fit of these as they hurt my toe; hence the reason for returning them.

About the "black lace" -- when I opened the box during the brightness of day, I thought the "lace" looked cheap and cheesy -- I planned to return them. Now, in the dimmer light of evening, they look good. I'll keep them and only wear them at night.

The Black Lace is not black, the lace overlay is a copper color and the shoes look copper, not black. If wanting black shoes, would not purchase these shoes.

SAS are quality shoemakers, however when I was walking in this shoe the toe box was comfortable but heel of my foot kept separating from the shoe. The heel portion of the shoe needs to be more narrow. Loved the shoe but my foot was uncomfortable walking-very disappointed.

Bought double wide, not wide enough, not enough cushion and arch support for such an expensive shoe. Returning.

This shoe in fog and black are both fairly good looking. I returned them because I expected more arch support. Also, I prefer a bit more style.

love zappos sandals and wanted to live this shoe. Really cute but no support and uncomfortable. Sorry. Returning

Not very feminine but comfortable. The red was not the bright red but a subdued red. If you are looking for a "sensible" shoe that you can wear 48 hours straight...this is your shoe. However if you are under 50 I would not recommend. lol. I bought a 1/2 size smaller and it was still large and didn't grip my foot.

Cute, comfortable casual shoe that hides a large bunion. But it runs very large, easily a size too large.

I'm on the fence on these shoes. I'm going to try a different size to see if I like them any better. Good arch support, though.

This bronze color is the bomb, but shoes are so weird....I ordered the exact shoe in black and they seem to be a better fit. I may keep these anyway and put in a couple layers of heel pads. Shoe is nicely made, but I think my heels are just super skinny. I will probably keep these and hope they work since I like them so much

So disappointing. Pretty looking but not comfortable at all. Stiff and hard feeling, not at all what I am used to from SAS. Back they went.

These shoes just didn't fit. They were very wide even for a wide size. The toe box was good for those of us that needed the deeper toe box. But the overall comfort of this shoe was not good. Sadly returning it!

I ordered the Bronze color, which I liked very much, and the quality appeared good. The toe bed fit very well, but the heel slipped off, so I had to return them. Not worth keeping for the price.

This shoe has the comfort that SAS is known for, BUT also has the loose heel that is so prevalent on all shoes today...back it goes.

Nice soft leather but too big in length and kind of gapped at the sides because the strap can't be tightened sufficiently.

These shoes might work for someone. They didn't work for me. I ordered a cheaper pair of black Naturalizer flats at the same time, and I chose to keep the Naturalizers and return the SAS. I was willing to pay more in hope of arch support. This shoe simply didn't have the arch support I was expecting for the price. Aside from that, the cut wasn't comfortable on my foot being too tight at the seam above my big toe. The heels slipped when I walked even though I have many pair of 10 wide flats in other brands. It did appear to be a well-made shoe, it just wasn't the shoe for me.

The are basic simple ballet flats and I wanted to love them, but the WW was not wide enough for me. Also, the top edge of the shoe hit right at the sensitive point on my bunion. So these are a no-go for me.

Well unfortunately I missed the reviews about heel slippage. When I got these I wore them around the house for about 30 minutes and they were fine. After 4 hours of wearing them at work the heel slippage started. Really disappointed because they cost so much that I can't return them. I guess I will wear them for short bouts, but definitely not an all day shoe.
