True to size. Fits like a glove. Very comfortable to walk in!

I purchased these shoes (in black) for my dad who is a diabetic with knee problems because they were recommended by his Podiatrist. I ordered them online in double-wide size 11 and my dad is not disappointed at all. They are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly!

Very comfortable but a little pricey. Yet my walking and standing comfort are fantastic.

The shoes fit perfectly the first time, and were very comfortable for the entire time.

The shoes are well crafted, but fit a bit wide. I dislike the insole. It is flimsy and does not provide as much cushion as expected. I am replacing the insoles.

Second pair of "Journey" series. Usually wear 2E but first purchase was Journey Mesh and they are too wide. The Journey II in wide is a much better fit, light weight all leather is just the replacement for other discontinued shoes (Saucony & Brooks walkers) I've been looking for. Need some wear time but they feel good out of the box.

They are wide enough, but the inside button are not as soft as the Bout Time shoe. Also in the past we use to get spare shoe laces and a shoe horn, SAS stopped doing this.

Straight out of the box--these do not feel as well cushioned as the original Journey, and I will not be able to wear them to work (9hr days on concrete floors) which is why I wanted new shoes. They will be acceptable for casual wear.

This is a very poor excuse for a shoe compared to the original journey. The original I could walk all day long and have no problems, it had gel in the metatarsal and heal area, this has none. This "update" is incredibly disappointing. With that said the quality of the leather remains high, and the exterior appearance remains attractive. For me the journey II compared to the Journey I it's like walking in wooden shoes. I will not purchase these again.

I have owned many SAS shoes over the years. This model busted out at the toes! This has never happened before. Either there was a manufacturing defect or this model is flawed is some way.
I would still recommend SAS, but not this model.
Full disclosure I am a Nurse and have wide feet, so I put many miles on my shoes per year, and my pair have lasted just shy of a whole year.

These shoes were huge and felt quite heavy. The appearance looked like orthopedic shoes. Definitely not my cup of tea

The Journey II is not as comfortable as the original Journey. Why would you get rid of them?? I am not satisfied with these shoes, and I can't wear them for long periods of time.

Very disappointed that Zappos would send me previously worn shoes. Sorry I can’t give a better review, but the facts speak for themselves.

Shoe did not come in original box. Shoe did not look new. Unlaced, no shoe tree inside. Looked at shoe and put right back in box to return.

This is an old person's shoe. I don't know how, though. The dang things weigh about 50 pounds each...

When I put these shoes on I was disturbed by the rough interior that hurt my toes. Even with 2 pairs of socks my toes were still under constant pain. I have returned these shoes.

These are beautiful shoes but they changed the sole so they are slippery on my cement shop floor. The fit and shoe are great.
