Good fast service. Really liked the shoe, but was too small.

Very comfortable foot bed, ran wider than most WW, but I needed more room for top of my foot. Has a subtle shiny gold sheen to shoe.

Great shoe but the narrow wasn't narrow enough for me. Taking a chance with a slim. We'll see. Thank you Zappos for being there.

loved, loved, loved this sandal. Looks great on my large, wide foot. As always, it's not the shoe, it's my foot. They were beautifully made, nice soft supportive instep, beautiful leather just a tad tight at the big toe. Sooo sad to have to send them back :(

This is my second pair. I wore the last pair out. They fit my wide feet perfectly. I like that fact that they look good with pants or a dress. So comfortable. Glad I found these on Zappos.

It’s a lovely shoe, but the fit wasn’t perfect. My foot is very narrow and even after adjusting the ankle strap the shoe was still too wide for me. The shoe was a N. If it had been an S it probably would have been perfect.

I have very narrow and long feet. The narrow was too wide, so I exchanged for the slim. It's still a bit wide in places, but I think it is more the fault of my mutant feet than the product!!!

I've had two other pair in different colors. These fit an look good.

The shoe is very comfortable, the only concern that I have is the straps over the toes. They feel like I may get a blister the first time that I wear them for a long period.

Beautiful shoe, but narrow width was still too wide for my very narrow foot. Had to return.

These were wonderful shoes, even though I would have preferred white. I tried them on and they felt great! Strap on back fit great, shoe length was 6 1/2....perfect. Width felt great, no pinching, no problems. BUT the only complaint I had was that the top straps that go across the top seemed a bit loose so there was a gap between the shoe and my foot........they weren't tight to the top of my feet. So, I had also ordered SAS Suntimer shoes and they are perfect.......well, they'd be perfect if they were white. :) Thank you to Zappos! Wonderful customer service. They let you order and return until you can get it right! I can't say enough good things! Love ZAPPOS!!!!!

The fit across the front of shoe cut into my big toe ,so I sent it back ordered SAS Strippy it fits very well, very cute .Strange that they fit so differently being they are both SAS shoes ! Thank you for making it so easy to get the right fit without all the hassle. A life long customer !!!!

I bought these sandal to wear with a dress. They are attractive and appear to be well made. They didn't end up working for me because they rubbed wrong on the inside of my foot, and my little toe felt pinched, so they will have to go back.

Too narrow, which is quite surprising for a 2E (double wide). Will return.

I wear a 9.5 narrow and I ordered this shoe in a 9.5 slim since I've had issues recently finding narrow shoes to fit. The slim is too wide. What a bummer.

The leather strap did not lay down on my foot. The outside sole is very thin and wouldn't wear long.

The size and style were fine. The color was darker and browner than I'd anticipated. I was looking for something closer to grey.

I needed more cushioning on top of the foot.

the padded footbed was exactly what I was looking for in the Caress sandal but the top of the sandal felt rough on my foot so not what I was looking for!
