I ordered a C width but it was too narrow. (When I order a D width the heel usually slips off.) The rest of the shoe was moderately comfortable but not enough for standing for several hours.

I ordered 11.5 narrowmy usual SAS size. Shoe was longer and wider vs my other SAS favorites. I will keep it. However, if I had tried it on before purchase I would have left it in the store. Comfortablesort of ???

I very much wanted the shoe to work but I could not walk comfortably in the shoes because the heel was higher than it looked in the picture and my foot was pushed forward with every step. And for some reason the elastic caused itching beyond belief after I removed the shoe.

I ordered these shoes because I have a "double wide" right foot and had heard so many good things about SAS shoes for us with wider feet. These shoes are bo no means WW width. They may be regular wide width, but I don't even believe that. Super disappointed because they are definitely a quality shoe. :(

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

While the color choices were very limited, went with blue, which is okay, but definitely not as desirable as black. Even though the extra wide shoe looks really narrow (because the base of the shoe is not made as wide as other extra wide shoes I've purchased from SAS), the shoe itself stretches to fit my extra wide foot. But the show is difficult to get on, for a slip on, so I had to purchase a shoe horn.

SAS Dream was stylish but alas, the fit was way off....far narrower than I was expecting for the size. Curiously, it also felt "looser" in the saddle/ankle portion of the shoe, so much so that the minimal arch support really didn't help. I was really hoping for this to be "the one" as I have been looking for a navy shoe of this style for some time, but this one didn't fit the bill. Sending it back.

I love the look of this shoe and it was comfortable in the store though my heels slipped a little. I didn't worry about it. Wore them out for the first time today and discovered not just heel slippage but, even though they're flexible, the stitching really rubbed my not-so-big bunions. I discovered that when I took the insole out they felt great--my foot was lower in the shoe so know rubbing and no slippage--so I guess I need to find a thin insole to replace it. That's a little disappointing because I like the construction of the insole the shoes came with but don't plan to use them. I would recommend with caveat.

I bought a pair of Dream within a year of when they first came out and boy, were my feet ever happy! That pair of Dream were so comfortable and they really cushioned my feet.
I've had a lot of trouble with foot pain over the years and out of all the SAS shoes I've had, that pair of Dream was the best most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Unfortunately, I wore them out after a few years and bought a new pair, then another new pair a half size bigger, and neither pair were as comfortable as my first pair. They didn't seem to be as wide across the toe as my very 1st pair nor did they feel as cushiony as my very 1st pair. Plus the soles felt thinner in the ball of foot area than when the Dream first came out. I've worn SAS shoes for many years. They helped ease my foot pain a lot. Then when I tried the Dream for the 1st time I was beyond thrilled. I'm guessing maybe SAS made a few changes to how the Dream was first made, possibly to save money? After wasting my hard-earned money on 3 pairs (yep, I tried 1 more time to get the same comfortable shoe I originally bought a few years prior) I decided to try a different brand. I used to recommend SAS shoes but after my experience with the Dream I don't recommend them as much. Even more unfortunate, I'm not the only person who has noticed the difference from when Dream first came out to how it's made now. Even worse, I almost bought 2 pairs the first time but didn't because I assumed they'd be made the same way. Needless to say, I'm still kicking myself for not buying 2 pairs the first time.
Disappointed,

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. I absolutely loved them -- until
I looked in the mirror. They are absolutely geriatric looking. I guess I should have known from looking at
the picture before I ordered but I was hoping.... Wanted to keep them just because of the comfort but
I knew I would never be able to wear them in public. And they are too expensive to just wear around the
house. Also my grandkids would make fun of me. I have other shoes by SAS and I love them.

The fit was good, the arch support hit me right where I needed it. I liked the color and the material. The style isn't too old-lady looking. The only reason I'm sending them back is the price. I have a brown pair, and I just can't justify spending this much on a second pair.

Good looking but narrower and a very small toe-box. Felt too small over-all. Non-starter.

I love this shoe and own it in several colors. I recently bought the brown and it doesn't fit like any others. It's not just that it isn't broken in yet. The others didn't really need break-in time. This shoe was a waste of money in the one color. I should have realized and returned it. Other colors were excellent for long days on my feet at work!

Too tight across my feet for a double wide width and too wide at the heel. Cannot return it as it was a last chance item so I'll have to find a cobbler to see if it can be fixed. I do love the color though.

I bought these shoes for my mom for Mother's Day. They are stylish enough but they are labeled as double wide. They not wide at all. I had to return them.

I have owned a black and brown pair for a year now. I have always worn a narrow but should have bought these in Medium width. My right foot is a little wider, but in the the brown pair my left foot was too tight, and in the black pair, my right foot was too tight. There seems to be a problem with production being true to size and width. I bought a good pair of shoe stretchers and have been stretching the width over the year. They are finally comfortable in the front, and the heel still fits. I have a high instep, and these are too tight on the top of my foot. I am also stretching that area, but have not been as successful so can not wear them more than an hour at a time. They do have a comfortable insole/bottom for walking.

I ordered my normal size - 7W - and could not even get my foot into this shoe. It is very narrow, and also seems short. When I pressed on the insole with my finger, it seemed very nice and cushiony. It's a shame that my feet can't experience that, since the shoes are so narrow!

Didn't even try these on. I thought they would be more stylish in person, but they look like uniform shoes, which I guess is great if that's what you need.

Have worn SAS for decades, but the quality is declining. I never used to even have to break them in, they were comfortable from day 1 to wear and stand in for hours. These were uncomfortable, feels rough at the top and like standing on a cardboard base, no support. They also seem like plastic, not leather.

I think these shoes have a design flaw. While the upper is beautiful and comfortable, the sole is much to narrow for stability. I was so disappointed because I loved the style
