Terrible shoe. Uncomfortable. The gel insert at the heel felt like a rock.

I've been wearing Nunn Bush for years and love the product.
Nunn Bush offers refunds/exchanges, but you have to pay for the return shipping. The shoes I got were too small. I literally had to pay $30 to try on a pair of shoes. Never again.

Unfortunately although I've selected my size properly but the shoes came very tight. I gave it a try for couple of days with no improvement at all and ended up with pain all over my foot. Same for width and material used was similar to ones I've seen in safety shoes.
