Looks great - These look great, but the fabric has a strong odor. If they don't air out soon, they'll be going back. I have NEVER had the level of service that I've had with Zappos. It is better than PERFECT! Thank you for reminding me that "service" still exists.

Shoes were super un comfortable. The inside material rubbed against my foot through the sock.

I loved these boots initially. But after wore them for a couple days, they stretched a little and then my feet started sliding forward and my toes were rubbing against the top of the boot. It is really disappointing. It’s too late to return and now I have to try to modify them with a grip pad usually used for high heels. The size fit perfect and I wear a standard width. I think the neck of the boot is just too wide and doesn’t hold my foot back.

Its a shame these are not really a wide, felt more like normal fit. Otherwise, great color, heel height, rubber sole (dont make noise when walk).

These were incredibly narrow and I have a very narrow foot. Very cute booties but just too narrow to take a chance.

The style and color are great. Arch support is great and the heel height and material are comfortable; however, the right boot felt narrower than the left boot did and both boots were too tight. Not enough room to wear with socks.

Unattractive peep toe - I liked everything about these except for the fact that the peep toe showed a little too much toe. I don't know, it just didn't make my feet look cute. It looked like my toes were sticking out of the shoe, not like a typical peep toe, where you just see a "peep." I ended up returning these.

Cute Shoe - The material on the shoe does look a little like Rubber and not Linen. That goes for the Wedge heel also. They are pretty comfortable but could use more cushion in the ball of the foot. All in all a good Shoe for Church or going out, not good for a lot of walking.

Ordered my standard size and these felt VERY narrow - had trouble getting my foot in! Will be returning. Size up!

The arch did not line up or support my arch at all

Quality and color of product not as pictured; looked like bege vinyl I stare of “whiskey” leather. Arch support too far back as well. Such a bummer. I really thought this was the fall boot for me. Back it goes.

Super disappointed. These are NOT wide width! I squeezed my foot in and zipped it, stood up and felt like my foot was in a vice. I don't think I will ever wear or order from here again.

The toes of the shoes were ripped and very worn (covered in stains). This wasn’t acceptable!!

Ordered two, will be sending one pair back... ...Only because I've worn one pair and can't return them. I ordered one pair each in black, and tan. They looked stylish and comfortable in the photos online. But the finish on them makes them look more plastic than fabric. The toes pinch and rub and there is no heel support. I was looking for a shoe I could walk around in some at work, but these I cannot even stand up in for very long. I would return both pairs if I could but have worn one several times thinking they just need to be "broken in" but it's not working.
