Forgot/didn't notice how pointed the toe is. So it is a tad bit snug. Hope with wearing they will stretch some.

I ordered a 9W due to bunions. Glad I got the wide width, the M would have been way too tight. The 9W is a good fit with thin socks, but I noticed the bottom isn't comfortable. I purchased a Dr. Scholls pad for the bottoms. Much better. It is NOT real leather. I am just wondering how long they will last as we do get snow and ice where I live.

These are surprisingly comfortable! The toe is a little more pointed than I usually like but it's not a problem. Since I have thick ankles/ cankles, I expected them not to zip fully. But they do and they don't cut into me.

I am a size 9 and I ordered the wide width but they were just a bit too big a slipped a the ankle. Exchanging for a regular width. Love the style. Just what I was looking for.

Apparently, I don't know my shoe size; the shoes were too small and too narrow. Unfortunately for me (because I really liked the style), they didn't have size 7.5 W available.

Size and width were fine, but the right boot dug into my ankle bone. Will be returning :-(

Once I tried on, they seemed bigger and the look was not what I imagined it would be. The color was not as expected.

I think the shoes would have been great but we could only get one boot unzipped to try it on. My partner said the one shoe fit great, seemed comfortable and was the style she wanted, but we gave up after 10 mins of trying to unzip the other one. We would have tried some hacks to get the boot unzipped but thought…would it be worth keeping if it happened again? Ultimately, we just returned them and are going to try for a whole different shoe. This was the last one in my partner’s size and the color she wanted.

Good fit but the material looks too much like plastic.

I was excited for these booties, they were so cute. They did look great with my jeans but thats where the good stuff ended. They felt slightly loose on my feet and the worst part was how uncomfortable they were. I only had them on for a couple minutes and I couldn't wait to get them off my feet! I returned them for a full refund.

I wear a 7 or a 7.5 in all shoes, boots and sneakers, depending on style or brand, I also have semi-narrow feet w/semi-high arch. I ordered these in 7.5 and medium width, and they felt too tight and to small. The back of heel was rubbing and very uncomfortable, they are leather so might stretch a bit with wear but who has time to see if that will happen enough to see if they'll become comfortable. Also to be honest, in person I don't like the look of them as much as I did in the online pictures, so back they go. It really is a crap shoot purchasing shoes/boots online. Thankfully Zappos gets this and has free returns! Thanks Zappos for that plus!!

Top of boot cuts into my ankle bone; needs to go up a little higher for me. Can't wear them; returned.

I thought they looked cheaply made. the tops came up too high and rubbed my ankle
