Doesn't attach properly at all

it fell out of my crocs and now its lost

Unfortunately, these have scratched up and we've only had them for About two months now. They did not hold up as well as others. I'm really disappointed with the quality.

I usually buy off brand jibitz for my kids and they last years. I decided to splurge a little and buy these official jibitz when I placed my order for new crocs. I'm so disappointed to say that within 2 weeks they had all fallen off of my kids crocs.

It was horrible 4 days after I bought it it came off it was just a waste of my money

Cute but most fell off. Customer service did nothing to help when the butterfly one literally popped, and I had to throw it away because it was leaking.

Don't stay in the shoe overpriced and not worth it. Throw the entire company away

I purchased 3 jibbitz for my son's birthday and within a week they had fallen out and they were lost. Highly disappointed!

The black outer line faded away and now the number 2 isn't as visible

It broke off the & I lost it the first hour I wore it.

Item fine (but very small) it was the customer service that was awful. Could not get through for days and when I finally did got cut off, hung up on and no response (phone, text and direct messages). You better not count on any help with lost items, refunds or returns.

They didn't stay in and lost them

Over the charms! So expensive. My kids have their charms on their crocs for the first week then one by one goes missing. It's almost impossible to put the charms in. You would think once installed those suckers weren't popping out, nope! Redesign or reduce the price. I kind of feel like you have created a faulty product and the design should be recalled.

Doesn't feel like a real crystal and it falls out easily. Feels like plastic.

Unfortunately we've had issues with the metal charms staying on. This charm was lost on the first day wearing them.

Low profile number. Part of my jersey number that I'm displaying on my shoe. I don't think it will be easy to lose this from the shoe.
