I ordered these in my normal 10W and had to exchange for an 11W as they fit too tightly. The zipper in back is a wonderful detail but it's quite difficult to use as it sticks on every curve in the heel/ankle Even with that, these are mighty comfortable! I wore them to a gallery event where I was standing for hours and these shoes were absolutely wonderful. The leather is soft and needed no breaking in time. The soles and insert provided great shock absorbance while standing on a concrete floor for several hours.

OMG! I ordered a Wide Width and it was terrible. My foot was so squished there was no way I could tell you if it has arch support or not! Folks with Wide Feet ------ STAY AWAY!

This boot is VERY narrow! I ordered regular and wide. I put one on when they arrived and my foot could barely fit without even standing (which would make the spread worse). I thought it must be the regular boot only to discover that was the supposed "wide" shoe! I don't usually have to buy wide sizes but lately it seems like a lot of shoes are running narrower and I wanted room for thicker socks. If you don't have a very narrow foot I would skip this boot.

The other reviews here pointing out that these are narrow boots are definitely accurate! I have a very narrow foot, and these boots fit and feel great on me. I usually wear a size 7, but sized up to a 7.5 and they're perfect even with thicker socks. There is definitely comfort arch support and the soles are plenty padded - would wear these for all-day walking or standing. In the photos you can't really see the tops of the laces and I was glad to see that they are not mock laces, but real functional laces. This means you can tighten or loosen the shoe as needed. I've been wearing these for 4 days straight now and I'm really satisfied. I plan on getting some suede protector spray to make sure these last for years. I recommend these for narrow feet!

Would have given these 5 stars if they were leather. Cute boots, don't make my feet look huge, comfortable, wide, seems to have good support. I've only worn them a few hours so far.

This boot by Comfortiva is very well made and looks good. I normally wear a 6.5 W but went up to a 7W. The width was slightly snug but I have an E width foot and these are D. I believe I could have made these work by stretching with wear. The nubuck look is not my ultimate favorite as I prefer smoother leather but they still are appealing. I regretfully have to send them back due to a screw from a past surgery protruding from the top of my foot that causes pain if a shoe puts pressure there. I would say the boots have medium arch support and side zip for easy entry and a decent size toe box.

These boots are fantastic. They were incredibly comfortable the first time I put them on. They are also attractive. I love the zipper in the back. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

These are my new favorite boots. So comfortable! I have a lot of foot challenges, so this is saying a LOT!

I love these boots! They are comfortable out of the box. The thicker sole gives me a lift while cushioning every step.

Super cute boot and I wanted to love them but my foot has decided to be wide. I ordered wide and they weren’t wide enough so sadly they will go back.

I've not needed a wide width shoe in the past and I'm a middle-aged woman. There's a good chance other buyers will need the wide, when they normally would not. The shoe seems to be well made - hard to know since I've worn them only 4 hours so far. Good lookin-boot, for sure.

Love Comfortivia but the shoe was just too stiff and not fond of the back zipper. I need support and unfortunately this boot missed the mark for me. Returned.

These were gorgeous but felt way too narrow for a wide size. I’m almost always an 8W which is what I ordered but they felt like regular width to me, even for my non-problem foot which is smaller and narrower then my troubled foot. (Bunion, hammer toes). If you need a truly wide shoe this may not work.

I wanted to have these boots they looked perfect! Even tho they were a little pricey for (not) leather. They arrived and after I wrestled with that zipper (still willing to put up with a finicky zipper love the look so much!) I slid one foot into the boot and could not believe the immediate high level of discomfort! What!? How can such a beautiful boot ordered in a wide width be intolerable on my foot. And I mean intolerable. Like you can imagine the abuse your foot will take after hours of walking and wear. They hit every pain point right off the bat. Identified multiple fit problems in one moment of wear. That I cannot put up with. I am running far away from these boots and shipping them back ASAP. What a disappointment.
