I love Comfortiva shoes and boots and have several pairs in varying styles - an 8W in boots usually fits me perfectly in length and width. I find these in an 8W to be VERY narrow and tight in the toe and the overall front of the boot, but also a bit long. I am disappointed and confused because the fit is so different than my other boots. I think a bigger size would be way too long. I may try to have them stretched, but I don't know if they could stretch enough to be really comfortable. On the plus side, the leather is beautiful, and the print is subtle and gorgeous. I want to love and wear these, but I can't.

Extremely narrow for published width of being “wide”. Loved the look of them but squish my toes. Will try one size larger.

Absolutely love these boots - so beautiful and comfortable right out of the box. The suede is so soft and have a good grip, non slip

I was really excited about getting those shoes and when I put them on, they immediately felt uncomfortable on my feet… Which really sucks because I loved them!

There’s a lot to like about this shoe. The color was great, looked nice on my foot and very versatile. I liked the zipper for easy on and off too. I read reviews about a narrow toe box but took a chance, since I don’t have a wide foot. I couldn’t move my toes with the 1st pair of socks I tried. I tried without socks and considered keeping them. The heel slips and feels too wide as is to go up a size, just an overall weird fit. They also didn’t provide the arch support I need, so they’re going back. Too bad. I wasn’t sure about the color until I got them and am looking for another pair just like them now.

The quality and construction is top notch. I suggest this brand to everyone.

These are very comfortable right out of the box. I’d hoped that I would be OK with the style but when I put them on and looked in the mirror I found them to be too plain and uninteresting looking.

Toe width fine, Heel was too wide

The size was fine but these really are not comfortable like I expected them to be. They are too tight just below the toes and right before the arch starts. Not a comfortable place to have the seam.

Cute shoe, but ran narrow in the toe box for a wide.

I love the shoe color and quality. However the shoe is much narrower than usual wide width shoes.

I didn't like the suede leather. They fit perfectly but the suede on the boot looked old and worn.

I'm a true size 6 in width and these were so tight they hurt just standing in place.

The W width felt like a narrow. The length was fine so I don't want to go up a size, but I could barely get my foot in, and it was spilling over the footbed. I have an old pair of comfortivas in 9W that fit me perfectly, so this was quite disappointing.

i love the style of these shoes....for a clark shoe this needs tweaked..i went with prior reviews for the narrowness and ordered the wide and they are just to narrow even with wide width. i cannot order up as they will be to long.. hate to return but for $140 Clarks needs to get this one right

Love these boots! I am a size 6 and these fit perfectly. Sometimes boots need to be ordered in a half size larger, not this style.

These boots are supposed to be "wide" but they are super narrow, also seem to be at least a half size smaller than stated. The top of the shoe rubs against the bone of my ankle, making it a very uncomfortable fit. Just overall an uncomfortable shoe. Disappointing.

Ordered wide and feel these shoes must have been mislabeled? Felt very narrow.
