I will be returning these...there is ZERO arch support. I would say I have a fairly normal arch. With this shoe, my foot actually rolled inward due to the lack of any support at all. I have sandals that have better arch support. It’s disappointing, because I like the style. I typically wear a 16 in running shoes. Size 15 fit fine.

Got this shoe for work. Fits good but it’s very uncomfortable. No cushion or padding for your feet. I walk 5-10 miles a day working and I wore these one day and that’s the last day. Luckily my company paid for these. For the price they should be way more comfortable or come with dr. Scholls because your going to need them!

True to size and actually looks nice for a work shoe

I was on the fence considering what other reviewers had said but I’m glad I did not listen. These are comfortable right out the box no break in period required for me. For this style of shoe I’m really impressed on the comfort of these without having to add an insole. I’m sure I will have to with more use due to my flat feet but still these are awesome and look good as well. First time I didn’t have to return a shoe due too comfort issues.
I'd also recommend:

My second pair of Altamas. I love the zero drop sole, but I have to add my own (zero drop) insoles as the included ones are not good enough for my plantar fasciitis. Stripped down shoe, stylish in a no-frill way.

The material does not stretch much. There is no arch support. This could be improved. The show runs small.

They fit better than I thought I was right to choose size 7 but I have very narrow feet so I felt like I still slide around in them.
