This is my third pair of Nine West flats since 2012. I loved my previous two pairs, the most recent of which was also the Speak Up flat. My puppy unfortunately ate one of my shoes, so I quickly ordered a new pair of Speak Ups to replace it. Sadly, the shoe seems to have changed slightly since I last bought it a few years ago. While the upper still looks and feels great, the sole is a cheap, slippery plastic now that makes the quality of the whole shoe feel much less than my previous pairs. I'm disappointed. I'll go ahead and wear this new pair until they've reached their end, but I won't be automatically re-ordering Nine West flats to replace them when the time comes. I'll do some shopping to find a pair that feels more high-quality and meant to last -- whether that is Nine West or another brand.

I loved this shoe, but the cut didn't flatter my foot. I could have benefited from a little more toe coverage

The shoes are nice in person, nothing that's going to blow you away, but a good office shoe that would work with a lot of outfits. The color (Light Natural) is nice in person. I ordered a half size up, but still unfortunately found the toe box both too narrow and small. The shoe overall is more on the narrow side, too, although I wouldn't call it a narrow shoe, if that makes sense. It just wouldn't work/be comfortable if your feet are even slightly wide. I am returning mine.

By the end of my first day wearing them I had blisters!

I ordered the cork/gold flats and the style is very cute, I like the color. The fit is slightly tight at first, but I decided to keep them as they did stretch a little with wearing around the house, so I thought they would be OK. Unfortunately after about an hour of wearing them out to an event, I have a blister on my heel. They are cute but not very comfortable.

I thought these shoes were just ok. I was looking to replace my go-to black flats and these don’t really do it for me. They look very matronly and are pretty narrow in the toe even though they are more of an almond shape vs. pointy. The shoe is well made but just isn’t flattering. For the price though, I don’t think you can expect too much out of them.

I used to have this shoe in white and LOVED them. I ended up wearing them until they fell apart. I ordered both a 7.5 and an 8. Unfortunately neither fit so something must be different aboutt the manufacturing of this size currently. 7.5 was too narrow, and the 8 was too long but had an adequate toe box. I do not have wide feet so this was frustrating and both pair will be returned.

This shoe is cute and goes great with jeans, but they are very uncomfortable. The edges rubbed the skin on the sides and back of my foot raw.

These flats seemed like they were well made, just very narrow and small. The toe is more rounded than pointed and I wanted a more pointed toe. I have narrow and thin feet, by the way. I usually love Nine West but these just weren't what I was looking for at all!

I usually wear a 10.5 or 11, and the 10.5 was very tight on my toes. There is “toe cleavage” and I was hoping for more coverage of the toes, to help my feet look smaller. I returned and am looking for a different pointed toe style shoe.

I really liked these shoes but had to return them because they were too small by about a half size. Also were narrower than I expected. Unfortunately, the next size up was not available.

I like the flats but I think they're meant to be broken in slowly. I got blisters at the back of both my heels. Also, while I don't care for "toe crack" showing I liked the overall look. I guess because of the discomfort I'm iffy about them, but at the same time they looked good on me.

I really like the style of this shoe. I’m hoping that it becomes more comfortable with time. Currently, they are a bit tight.

While the shoe is comfy be aware of the material/color you select. I made the mistake of purchasing "Black2 Fabric Fabric" and it makes the flat look fairly cheap. It is not as smooth as it's pictured. It's quite a shame given that the style and comfort is exactly what I was looking for.

These are so stylish looking, but like many of the reviews state they aren’t the most comfortable if you’re feet aren’t narrow. So I would say if you’re willing to take the time and effort to break them in, and if you’re feet aren’t wide these will work for you.

Very basic with no cushion or support at all.

Cute but VERY narrow. I guess if you have very narrow, tiny feet, these would work for you. I wish I could wear these because the navy/floral combo is so pretty!

Show was too big. The fabric is beautiful and I will order in a smaller size.

I liked the style, except couldn't believe how big this shoe ran! I purchased in my usual size, and there was a good inch of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. I triple checked the box to make sure they sent me the size that I ordered. Take into consideration when purchasing. Overall it was a nice looking nude flat!

This flat is ok I wish I had not thrown the box away prior to wearing them for a few hours... They are pretty narrow and do not give as many shoes I've owned in the past do. They also creased up a lot after only one wearing so now the shoe looks a bit old and I just got them.. I bought them based on the reviews which in this case for me was totally off. Comfort: very snug, was only able to wear them half the day with constant removal to let my feet rest. Size: I'm a true 8.5 so this actually fit without rubbing my heel or flopping off Style: the toe of the shoe is not as pictured for it's not as pointed as it looks

These flats are absolutely adorable! The floral pattern is the perfect for dressing up a more basic looking outfit and that needed pop of color. However, the first time I wore them I nearly cried with pain. My office is a third floor walk-up, by the time I reached the top of the stairs I had blisters forming on my heels. The tops of my feet were also destroyed by the end of the day and I wanted to throw them in the bin. Being stubborn as I am, I was determined to wear these in due to how cute they are. By the third wear it was tolerable. Still not a comfortable shoe, but they don't make my feet blister anymore. They fit perfectly in my normal size, but remember these are flats and they take that to heart there is no arch support or padding to the footbed.

The show is not comfortable to wear throughout the day. Very stylish but the fit was off and it definitely hurts my feet after a long day.

I love the print of this shoe but unfortunately, it did not fit. My feet are a bit wide and the edge of the shoe hits right at the widest part. To add to the problem, the material is stiff and unforgiving.
