Don’t waste your time and money. The third time I wore them the sole came apart from the shoe. Zappos doesn’t give “no star” option, otherwise I would say no stars!!!

It was a little bigger than I expected, but fits me well with thick socks on. The pointy toe is almost too classy for me XD They are super cute and colorful, a really stylish slip on, which I am using for my quick outdoor errands but which could easily be used for much dressier occasions. I have a bunion, which makes shoes difficult for me (and I normally walk with custom orthotics in), but these are actually pretty comfy for me! So that's high praise.

These shoes were comfortable out of the box. Streamlined, simple but kind of elegant. I wear a 12m and they fit well. Glad I bought them. I've had good luck with Nine West, generally.

I’ve been wearing the same pair of black patent Nine West Speak Ups for 5 years, they are still in excellent condition even though I wear them frequent; they’re my go-to shoes for everything. However, I decided that it was time to buy a few more to give them a break. I ordered the black leather ones and they are so comfortable and very stylish as always, I bought the natural patent as well. They fit very good, just give a few days to break them in and you’ll never want to take them off. They are true to size with a little extra room in the toe area to compensate for the point.

I bought them for my daughter. She likes them. She's a young professional and are perfect. True to size.

The width was good but the length is was a little long.

LOVE the speak up by nine west- i own several. They are so cute and versatile. Not they have NO support or cushion- but that does not bother me.

I have worn Nine West high heels for years and always wear a 9M, so I thought I would wear the same in the flats. However the 9M flat was so long and wide that a return was necessary. The 8 -1/2 length was perfect but the shoe fit like a wide shoe. So my bigger left foot which is a bit wider fits excellently. There is a tiny bit of gap in the instep area that nobody but me will probably notice when my foot is flat on the ground. But it is somewhat noticeable as my foot moves. This shoe has no arch support which never makes any difference to me because I never need any. The leather is soft and comfortable. All in all this was a good buy and I love the color red.

Decided to return based on the fact that the outer sides of the flats flare out instead of conforming to my feet.

The shoes are cute but even a 10W felt tight for me, I normally wear a 10 medium these have to go back.

I was looking for a basic black leather flat and this is exactly what I needed. It's super comfortable, true to size and the toe cap is not too narrow so your toes aren't squeezed together! . Also the top vamp is perfect and not too long. It's more attractive looking than some longer top vamps that dig into the top of your foot. This is a great shoe to wear with both a casual and dressy outfit.

These are very comfortable for work! Great for prolonged standing.

So comfy! I have narrow feet and slide out of most flats. Not these! And no breaking in - wore for 14 hours very first time i wore them and no discomfort at all!

Super comfortable! I love this style from Nine West so very much that I own almost every color available! It’s extremely rare that I find shoes to fit my weird feet but these are as good as it gets. The footbed is lightly padded which for me is always a huge plus. In my opinion, they fit TTS. For the price, they are exceptional!

Great shoe!!! Love it!!! I have been trying to replace my worn out pewter flats from JCrew and could not find anything that looked or fit great. These are super cute and very comfortable Really pleased!!!!!

This shoe was lovely, and I have three pairs of the same flat in different colors. However, I am returning this pair because the pink didn’t go well with my skin tone. Otherwise, it’s a great shoe
