First pair that arrived that was ordered fit too big, but was returned and replaced with a pair that fit perfectly

First off I have regular size feet, meaning not too wide. So with that said the boot is the right size but unfortunately many of these boots are too tight on the top of the foot. I like chelsea boots because they are slip on but it's sad that many of these companies make their shoes/boots for people with super narrow feet. Other than that the boots look great but I would not be able to spend 10 hours in em.

These shoes were used, soles worn, minor overall wear and tear and refurbished, I guess, I didn't know Zappos sold used shoes, kind of a surprise. They were deeply discounted, now I can understand why, I like them and will keep them, just a little disconcerting.

These are really comfortable and good looking. They are true to size for ECCOs, which means that they are basically one US size larger than they say they are. I normally wear a US 9 in any shoes but ECCOs, but I wear 41 ECCOs, which translates to US 8. So if you want to try these, order the EU size that is one size smaller than your usual US equivalent. Since I knew that from previous ECCOs, I got just what I wanted and am very happy with them.

Colors were quite lighter than the pictures. Significant scratches throughout the suede. Stiff & heavy soles. Returned mine.
