Disappointed that there was no padding at all in this sneaker type shoe. Love the support but so stiff that I got a blister the first wearing. Kind of afraid to wear them again, but will try to see if they soften up a little.

Got 2 pairs in black and grey. They look nice until you wear them because of the white sole. They run slightly narrow and could use more cushioning.

Had to return them. I don't have a wide foot at all, but, couldn't get my foot in the shoe - too narrow. I'm only showing Comfort as good and arch support as good because there isn't an N/A option. I couldn't get them on, so, I have no idea what the comfort or arch support are.

I like the feel of these very much, but the fit is a bit too roomy on top of the foot.

The good is that they are really good looking and the insole was perfect as far as cushion and arch support. The bad was they absolutely killed the upper part of my feet. Like an idiot I wore them several hours. Started with no show socks. Took the socks off. That was worse. The uppers are stiff and scratchy and plain out painful. There is no give in them whatsoever. A smaller or larger size wouldn't have worked. Because they are so cute is why I was determined to make them work. Every time I look at them I have flashbacks of pain.

I bought these shoes to go to Mexico, I knew we would be walking a lot so I needed something that helped my plantar fasciitis. The shoes did the work but my feet were incredibly sweaty within an hour of wearing them, of course I use foot powder so that wasn't a problem. I thought it will be a 1 day issue but it didn't change in the 7 days I wore them. Sadly I will have to return them.

Vionic quality has really gone down. They don't provide the good arch support anymore. I used to wear vionic all the time, but the past few pairs have been terrible. They've lost a customer.

Unfortunately, I am NOT HAPPY at all with my Elsa sneakers. I bought it because I was traveling and I needed a comfortable pair of "stylish" sneakers for walking. It was not comfortable, a bit on the heavy side. I regret that I didn't return it,.. oh well. I am disappointed with my purchase.

Super cute shoes, but not worth the damage to my feet. I've had a bunion that hadn't worsened in years wearing regular shoes. I figured I would invest in (what I thought were high quality) shoes to continue to keep my feet healthy, but unfortunately I wore these Vionic shoes for only 3 days and now my bunion has greatly worsened in that short time. I'm seriously so upset. I trusted this company to provide a quality product designed for issues such as bunions and not worsen my condition and cause me to spend more money to visit the podiatrist. On top of that, the return page on their website isn't working and no one from the company has responded to me.
