I bought these for my son who is a college football player and is using them for spring ball workouts. He loves them but one of the straps that hold shoelace in side of shoe just broke. They are only about a months old. Are we able to return these and get another pair or what should we do. I do not have a receipt either as I just threw it away.

Tried many different shoes/ brands before the JJ3, all of which did not have the right support for my wide and flat feet. Once I tried on the JJ3 it was over for me...they feel amazing and have great ankle support! Truly a great shoe for high intensity workouts!

I have owned all three versions of the JJ Watt shoes and this is my favorite. Yes, they are a little tough to get on and off. They don't just slide on, but they are designed to be a snug, form-fitting shoe, which is why I live it so much. I train hard and this shoe is perfect for that. If you don't like shoes to be snug, you won't like this shoe. But if you want something that keeps your feet planted in those crazy intense training sessions, then this shoe works great.

The shoe was hard to put on at first, but with it broken in, its not that hard, really comfortable shoe
