The JJI was the original, a very good first effort. The JJII improved on the original by making it more minimalist and adding Flexweave. I wanted to like the JJIII on reputation alone but the "sock style" fit is not for everyone. I wears 10s for Reeboks. This was cutting circulation in my left foot. The laces are merely for additional tightening but the shoe is almost a fixed boot. I had no problems with the JJII. If your feet run small and narrow, this may fit like a dream. But this shoe does NOT work for all foot types. Mine tend to be a little wider. The style is sick with the 90s look but at the end of the day, kicks need to perform. That sock-style was a horrible idea.

I love the design, but the sizing is off. I wear 14s in every shoe brand. The14s wouldn't even come remotely close to fitting in width. Also the 14s appeared like they would be much too long if they would go on my foot. I took measurements like the site says and it said 14s would fit. I was pretty disappointed about this. JJ is my favorite player and I haven't been able to find a single pair of his shoes that will fit me.

Saw this shoe today and immediately fell in love, but I judged the book by the cover. I purchased the JJ Watt I Midnight Edition 2 years ago and I absolutely loved those. These unfortunately feel way short of my expectations. The size runs true to your size but some one with a wide foot and/or a high arch will have difficulty even getting the shoe one. The fact that there is no shoe tongue makes getting on the shoe difficult. Once on the top of the shoe made my foot feel like it was breaking. I was so optimistic that the JJ Watt III would be my training shoe for the year, but the lack of comfort made me put them back on the box and walk away. I hope Reebok and JJ Watt take this feedback and make the minor tweaks needed on next seasons JJ Watt shoe.

It's hard to get your foot into the shoe because of the sewn up tongue. It seems a little narrow when you do get it on. The look is good, but I want my shoes to look good and be totally comfortable!

The shoe is great and put together well. The only down fall of the shoe is the fitting. The top of the shoe is very tight against the top of my foot and causes pain. I have worn them for the last week hoping they would break in, but have not.

I'm a huge JJ shoe fan, I absolutely love every shoe that JJ has came out with, but this shoe is about the hardest shoe to put on, plus it'll cut your blood circulation afterwards. They are really tight on the top of your foot. My right foot seems manageable, but the left one, wow talk about cutting off your circulation.

I wear a size 13, never needed or had an issue with the width of shoes. I couldn't even get half my foot in these. Very very narrow for some reason. I have had the previous 2 JJ shoes and had no issues.

Really hard to get your foot into the shoe. One piece collar is very rigid and makes it tough to get the shoe on. Once it was on, fit was fine. Not as cushioned as other trainers, but wraps the foot nicely.

The upper on this shoe is so tight that even after taking the laces out I still have to use a ton of force to get my foot in the shoe. I wear boks all the time and have never had this issue. These just suck.

For starters...Getting the shoe on is just Too Difficult for what I expect in a trainer! Also the fit/feel is just unusually clunky which IMO goes to construction more than S&F. It really points out every weak point of the Reebok design and puts it on your feet!!! Fortunately I already have several other models that work very well for me, or else I might never buy again.

I have been waiting for these shoes to "drop" and was very excited about getting them. Aside from the standard Reebok size issues, both pairs I tried didn't come close. Wayyyyy too narrow and tight b/c of the sewn-in "tongue". I felt like I was going to break my fingers trying to wedge my foot into the small narrow opening (I have regular width feet). Even once wedges in, they just weren't comfortable b/c so narrow. VERY bummed and disappointed b/c the RW&B is an excellent color scheme and look. There is no way any of the male Watt men wear the standard shoe. I have no doubt theirs is a custom molded shoe.

returning them because I couldn't get them on my feet. It was disappointed because I liked the look, but the design was poorly constructed.

Way too narrow. the shoe is all one piece and doesn't have much give to them. I normally don't wear wide size shoes and never needed to but i couldn't even get my feet into these even with the laces fully undone. I read reviews after I had received them and I was not the only one with this problem. Reebok was very helpful with the return and made it easy.

I owned the JJ1 and they're one of my favorite shoes, these unfortunately have nothing in common with those. I figured with how much I like the originals that these would be great. I should have trusted the previous reviews because I was unable to get them on. I wear a size 12 and couldn't physically get them on, there is no real slack in opening. Very disappointed especially since the JJ1 were so awesome.

I have bought every version that had anything to do with military of any kind. Which sucks because i am a veteran and proud of it. I went and tried these on at store and could hardly get foot in them and when i final went up a size was way to big at the toe end and way to tight just above the toe. Very disappointed i can not get my yearly purchase this year due to poor size selection. There needs to be a wide size selection that simple.

This is the 7th largest of JJ branded shoes I've bought and the first I'll be returning. If you have wide feet it's a nightmare to even get them on. I've tried them with no laces, loose laces and everywhere in between but they dont fit well, are uncomfortable and are sheer misery to wear.

The previous JJ were the best, but when they went to the full sock liner shoe. It was horrible and not for those with wider feet. It's too narrow

The shoe looked perfect---love the color design and loved the purpose that was thought into the shoe--loved that a designated amount was being sent to an honorable charity, and that JJ was donating his portion also. What was wrong with the shoe as others have said is you can not get your foot into the shoe because of the tongue being sewn into the shoe and makes it near impossible to get in. I myself could not even get my foot into the shoe, very disappointed in the design. Sure hope Reebok thinks the design over when they design the next one with JJ Watt's name on it.
