I am ordering my 4th pair of these shoes! If you have thin, narrow feet, you will LOVE THESE. I wear a 9-9.5, and can wear either size. so comfortable, I really don't want to wear any other shoe.

These are beautiful shoes! I got the cream color and there is a lovely pearlized sheen to them which makes them dressy as well as comfortable. This is the first pair of The Flexx I have purchased, definitely won't be the last!

I purchased the size 7R-USA the platino saffio a shimmering champagne color, very elegant looking. They felt true to size, BUT the bands around the ankles felt stretched or loose, but I kept them just to wear with my maxi dress.

great shoes, just didn't work for my feet

Because of reviews suggesting these run small, I ordered 9s, instead of my usual 8-1/2. I had to re-order them in 8-1/2, which proved perfect for my feet. These are so stylish, comfortable, and versatile, I ordered two colors. I have terrible feet -- almost impossible to find anything that fits and feels good, so it's a pleasure, and a surprise, when I find a sandal that is attractive AND comfortable. The only thing I might change about them would be to add just a little more padding at the ball of the foot. Not enough there for a real walkabout, but close. Not a high end shoe in terms of fabrication, but a good price point for the quality.

Love these comfortable and stylish sandals. I can walk in them all day!

Amazing sandal. True to size and immediately comfortable. The first day I had them on I wore them for 10 hours and my feet felt great at the end of the day. I even keep them on around the house after I get home. Lots of compliments too. Love, love, love.

Super comfy! Bought in two colors!

This is my second pair of these shoes! I have not worn out the first pair yet but I like them so much I wanted a back up pair. They are comfortable, stylish, go with everything.

This shoes are my most favorite shoes ever. I am working in standing all day long this shoes are great for walking and standing, shopping and driving.

This is my favorite shoe--feels like being barefoot, but has a bit of lift in the heel, great cushioning for my plantar fasciitis, and stylish as all get out. I have the Platino Safio, a soft brushed platinum that completely lengthens the leg for me and looks great as a super casual shoe with cut offs, but a shoe that stays on the foot because of the elastic banding, so its great for concerts, travel, working on your feet. I also have the black. The second time I wore these I flew solo to a sales conference and they were great as I hauled my luggage thru airports, ran for flights, attended two days of conferences, etc. You don't give up style with this shoe and you also don't look like you are trying too hard to be fashionable, the fashion is effortless and comfortable! I am a 9.5 or a 10 depending on the shoe, and I would say my feet are wide and pretty flat. I don't need arch support. Love these!!!

Entirely comfortable shoe! I can wear this all day walking. Had to order 1 size bigger as is a bit narrow.

I have narrow feet, so finding sandals that fit properly is always a nightmare. I decided to order several pair of sandals and see what worked. I started not to order these because I didn't think I would like the style. I was wrong. These will be a very versatile sandal. They fit and felt great right out of the box. No gaps! They look like they were made for my feet. I knew immediately that I would keep them. I was so confident in them, I wore them shopping the next day. They were very comfortable and I didn't give my shoes a thought (except to admire them) all day.

Super cute and comfortable, too. The ankle strap is trendy, but also supportive. The silvery white color is quite versatile.

Excellent customer service...my exchange arrived at the same time that UPS picked up my return! I really like this shoe...have it in 2 colors. I have a very narrow foot so the elastic band is perfect.

Very cute, extremely versatile (works well with jeans, cropped pants, skirts) and VERY comfortable, right out of the box. The Platino metallic dresses the sandal up a bit. I have a narrow foot, but the width (plus the elastic around the ankle) is perfect, and it feels snug without being restrictive or tight.

I have two pairs of these. One in black and one in blue. They are very very comfy and very attractive...even kinda sexy.

Gorgeous shoe, FABULOUS with jeans or skirts! Feels comfortable after significant walking. (My foot is narrow, and the B felt secure, so can imagine it might be snug for some.) Zappos is the all-time best in customer service; Thanks for continuing to amaze us.

Flexx are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever purchased. I love these sandals but returned them because they are too wide. I need an A width in open shoes. They are so pretty.

This is my second pair of The Flexx in this style. I also own tow other styles. I find them very comfortable and able to wear them all day. I took them to Italy last year and walked and walked. They go nicely with dresses, capris, and also shorts.

Completely shocked by some of the reviews I'm seeing here. I have the most persnickety feet one could ever imagine and truthfully I have never worn a more comfortable shoe in my life. So much so that I bought a second pair and now I'm trading in my beyond expensive Arche addiction for one to the flex. I will say however that your prices are extremely high considering they are on sale everywhere else which is unusual to have Zappos be more expensive. I have relied on reviews for years but after these I now realize I can't rely on them at all. At least certainly not when it comes to fit or comfort. I guess what people are complaining about regarding arch support is perfection to me. When I get home the first thing I do is kick off my shoes except for when I'm wearing these. Honestly I forget I even have them on that's how comfortable they are for my foot.

These sandals are "the" best! They are so so comfortable. I may have to purchase another pair in a different color as well...will be great walking shoes for my weekend in the city!
