Best business casual shoes I own. They feel like tennis shoes. I though I was too young for SAS but these shoes are great.

I've had these shoes for over 6 years and I've literally worn them every single day. I cannot say enough good things about them. All I've ever done is put saddle soap on them and they're like new again. They've been full of mud and soaked multiple times, and I've even climbed a highline pole with them once just to shut up some Canadian limemen about American made shoes. Not the greatest for that... Anyway, all I purchase is Hoffman, Wescos, and Danners because of their quality and being American made. These shoes hold up just as well as my work boots. They'll last a normal man a lifetime.

NOT TSA FRIENDLY! I like these shoes, but am very disappointed that they have a metal shank that sets off the metal detector. Two airports were set off and I asked that they wand the shoes and they both alerted to the wand. Had I know this detail, I would have purchased another pair.

Well made shoe, however I ordered my normal size but it was very tight. Made my feet hurt. Had to return for the next size bigger.

My husband loved them but he’s diabetic & shoe felt too narrow. It’s a shame because they’re really nice shoes!

Great looking shoe! SAS shoes are awesome for comfort and support, both men's and women's. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't get the right fit in the Diplomat - a 9.5 was too long and a 9 was too short. Disappointing. He loved the shoe.

Too much material for a loafer. Foot slid around. These shoes were recommended by our company for uniform wear. For an industry which spends significant hours walking and on its feet, these would not work. Boxed up for return after 30 minutes.

One width for E, EE, and EEE might work work E's. It doesn't for EEE's like me. Shoe was loose in the heel area yet tight on the sides. Also very little vertical room, no room for an insert.

Still looking for a good brand since Florsheim shrank their Riva's.

I love SAS all products and have been wearing them for the past 15 years. The only issue I have with this show is that the color of the picture on the website isn't even similar to the color of the actual shoe. I have the black and darker brown. This color isn't a true representation. I will still buy theses shoes however I'll choose a different brand for the antique brown or whatever it is called.

I was excited to try out SAS shoes but had to return. The return was $25. Restocking fee and shipping. Yikes. The overall customer support was lack luster. Will look elsewhere next time.

I purchased these shoes, motivated by their premium price and reputation for quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After only two months of daily use in my office environment, where I primarily sit and do very little walking, the finish layer on the leather insole began to peel off, revealing the raw material underneath. This level of wear is unexpected and unacceptable for footwear at this price point. In addition to the quality issues, I reached out to the company to express my concerns, but the representative I spoke with showed little care. They focused solely on the fact that there is no warranty and mentioned that the wear could be normal based on how I use the shoes. This lack of support has added to my frustration. Furthermore, the leather insole has led to excessive sweating, making these shoes uncomfortable to wear. I've never encountered this problem with my other footwear. Regarding their appearance, the shoes have a rather bulky and hefty look, which might not suit everyone's taste. I had anticipated a more refined aesthetic, especially given how much I spent. Overall, I am quite dissatisfied with this purchase. I cannot recommend these shoes to others seeking comfort and durability, particularly at this high price. In summary, I experienced rapid deterioration of the leather insole finish after just two months of normal office use, along with excessive sweating. My interaction with customer service was disappointing, and the shoes also have a bulky design that fails to meet my expectations for quality.

For wide-width audience, the shoe causes blisters at the bottom and the sides of the feet so cushioning and leather shaping are problematic. I consider this a low quality brand, should be paying less than $ 75 for these SAS shoes. SAS needs better quality control if they want to charge premium shoe prices!
