I expected them to be comfortable, and they are vastly beyond that. Great shoes for standing around a while. I couldn't see the tiny brown stitching in the images online and it looks odd with a black shoe, but it's not that big of a deal (fr tho why not just make it black like the rest of the shoe?). I'd buy more shoes from here based on these shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable. I spent most of my day standing and walking. I have these shoes in both brown and black, and they are significantly more comfortable than most of my other shoes. Highly recommend them.

I was looking for a brown, simple, lace-up shoe that did not have a white or cream-colored sole. This shoe looks appropriate for an adult and is comfortable.

Though I had expected a wider space given it is a 3E, I still think they could be broken in as it feels just slightly narrower than I expected. The rest is just great. Superb workmanship and style.

The fit was at least half a size larger (a 12 felt like 12 1/2) and the material is supple so it stretches easily. Also, the midsole is not rigid, so if you're looking for orthopedic support you won't get it with this shoe even with inserts for lack of a less flexible housing. Otherwise this is an elegant, practical shoe.

Amazing shoe, soft leather, comfortable, vesatile. I wear the plain toes for everyday occasions and reserving my wingtips for more dressier times. all togther I have 4 pairs of wingtips, and 3 pairs of plaintoes. Good leather shoes are hard to find, these are exceptional. I am thoroughly pleased with them and I recommend them hightly.
