Great boot.. the one star deduction is because the toe burnish on the right boot was a bit spotty. Some dark brown shoe polish solved the problem

The only drawback is my pant legs get hung up on the finger loop on the heel. I have to pull my pant leg over the loop every time I stand up.

I really liked the look of these when I initially found them and was excited to get a stylish pair of boots. I live in New England, and wanted something that looks good and also can serve (somewhat) as an actual boot. I am not wearing these through the mud or anything, but I wanted something that would hold up and keep my feed dry in a thin layer of snow or damp conditions. When I went outside a couple days after getting them, there was a very thin layer of snow on part of the sidewalk (maybe half an inch at most). Within an about a minute, my feet got wet and cold. I actually think that my sneakers kept my feet more comfortable in damp conditions than these boots which was a huge bummer. In addition, they started to crease pretty significantly by my third or fourth wear. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

The outsole of these wore out pretty quickly. I've had them for about 5 months, and the rubber outsole on the heel is peeling away from the more solid heel block, and is worn almost all the way through at the back. They're comfortable, but I'd have expected them to last longer at this price point. They seem to be designed for people who don't walk more than from the parking lot to the desk. If you have a job where you're on your feet a lot, they aren't the best option.

I ordered these in my typical size, but they were too loose. Think wearing a pair of laced shoes with the laces completely untied. Very uncomfortable that way. Swapped them out for a pair a half size smaller, but these were way too tight as the sole was no longer my correct size. My conclusion is the elastic on the boots is too loose to hold everything firmly in place. It is a shame as the boots look very nice, but if I can't wear them comfortably then they are useless to me.

The show is beautiful but it is definitely not a wide width.

I love the look and feel of these shoes but after 3 days of light wear, the heel is coming apart. I don't expect I'll get much life from these.

They do not feel comfortable on my feet. But I will not return them because I have put some waterproofing on them as is my habit and it discolored the leather. My comment is only for your purposes. I have narrow feet. In the past I have worn A width but as I aged, B is acceptable. I have a different pair of your chula boots that are quite comfortable for me. So I will NOT return them, I do not want credit for I made the choice to waterproof them.
