The heel is too hard. If you have a bad lower back and need shock absorption, look elsewhere. I thought these would be good to wear around the house and to run errands in, but they give me back pain. They have cushion in the front, and the padding from that cushioning extends to the heel, but it wore down within the week and just isn’t enough support. These are extremely overpriced due to this reason. With a brand name like Walking Cradles, the impression was far different from the reality. A note for people with high insteps, these fit perfectly with room for swelling. I got the 9.5 WW, and my actual measured size is an 8.5 WWW, which is hard to find, and usually has me wearing 9.5 or 10 Medium. The 9.5 WW has plenty of room and fits like a triple W. If you do well with firm heels, but have high insteps and issues with feet swelling, I would recommend. The arch support is there, but not the best if you have high arches.

The fit was not good. I wear. 7 M and this shoe in a 7M fit like an 8W. They are very nice looking but arch was not that good either.

Good looking slippers with support and style. They may run slightly small because I ordered a 10 1/2 and normally wear a 10.

I love these shoes. I would buy a couple more pairs if the soles were a dark color instead of white. But I would really like some of those shoes for more dressy wear than casual with out the white “ athletic”look. …. Hint hint zappos

I couldn’t keep this shoe on my foot/feet. Its very nice looking but I can’t wear it…I returned it.

I liked that the heel was a little higher than the toes, and I'm not sure how to describe this clearly, but it felt like while there was an arch in this slipper, it was not a supportive arch. My arches tend to collapse and cause my feet to roll in. These followed the basic curve of my foot, but the arch was not built up at the inside edge of the shoe, so I could still roll in, a problem made worse by the fact that these were so wide and unstructured. And that's saying something because I have wide feet! The zebra stripes are also really ugly. I might have overlooked that if they felt good on my feet, but alas, not the case. These are going back.

I usually take size 7.5 or 8 in extra wide. Since this was not a brand I usually buy I ordered both and both were too large . I had to return them bit really liked the style. I tried ordering in a 7 WW bit not available.

Pretty comfortable immediately and I was hopeful...but they stretched out so my foot did not stay in the shoe. Disappointed that I couldn't make them work for me. Will be returning them shortly.

These are HIGE! I ordered my usual size and then 1/2 down. STILL huge. And the zebra stripes? Not a fan. Not bothering to try any more sizes.

The wrong size was in the box: The outside of box says 11B; the shoe inside box says 11WW.
