Suede/fabric uppers are high quality and well-made. Boot conforms nicely to my skinny ankles and doesn't make me look like I'm wearing galoshes. I went up a 1/2 size to accomodate my wide foot and while it works with super thin socks, it's still a bit snug. Probably will stretch. I ordered the almond because I thought it was a nice neutral but the color is a dull bark color, not a warm brown. May return for a different color. Wish they came in wides.

I purchased a 7 1/2. I'm either that size or a size 8. The heel height is perfect for running around - I wore them today walking around the mall and my feet don't ache. They are very well made & have a padded leather insole. I love the plum color, it's so different from any other boots I've bought before, yet it goes with any color jeans. I have thin ankles and the sock part at the ankle is fairly snug, but very comfy for me - just consider this if you have bigger ankles.

I have problem feet (bunions and plantar fasciitis) so having comfortable footwear is really important to me! Happy to report these cute and very stylish boots were comfy enough to wear at an all day event. So I bought two more pairs!

These Boots are Perfect in everyway. The suede feels luxurious and soft and heel is matched and wrapped in same suede. The fit is just right and added stretch at top allows for added give for a classic, sexy look. I found these so comfortable and have worn all day and night. I have protected with Waterproof sealant and enjoy wearing without a care. They are definitely my favorites.

Love the color, perfect taupe neutral that will go with everything. Been looking for boots fitted around the ankle to wear with straight leg jeans. These are perfect. It’s a tad big, ordered usual size 7.5. Tried 7.0, fit better everywhere except slightly small near my toes. Kept the 7.5.

These are the perfect height to wear with cropped pants. So cute. The ankle and shaft are narrow enough that it looks shapely under a crop pant, but not tight or uncomfortable. I recommend!

I was looking for the perfect everyday boot and I found it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful, comfortable and everything I wanted. I will be looking to purchase more styles from this designer. Excellent quality.

These are beautiful boots and I love them, but they pinch my right pinky toe, so back they go. That's just me. I'm sure that 99% of everyone else wouldn't have this issue.

Love these! The stretch ankle area is sleek and comfortable and doesn't fight with the bottom of pants! This makes them perfect with any style of pants. Love that the stretch area doesn't look like a different material even though it is, giving a smooth sleek fit without a patchwork effect. Not a fan of zippers that show this much, so darkened mine with a black sharpie for a more subtle look that goes with this SLEEK PERFECT BOOTIE. Almost forgot to mention they are heavenly comfortable - like leggings for feet!

Cute style. Nice chocolate brown color. After a while, they were uncomfortable on my bunion and they were slippery when wet!

Pros: Fabric, suede, and leather lining are beautiful. Rubber-like sole and heel tip make for quiet and skid-free walking. 2" block heel is comfortable. Cons: This Ella bootie from Zappos runs small in size and especially in width. On Kenneth Cole's official website it reads under the Ella description, "Gentle Souls styles run large. We recommend sizing down a 1/2 size." Wow. This sizing discrepancy brings a few thoughts to mind - - knock-offs ? seconds? poor import quality control? web-site misinformation? I just don't know. Regarding my Comfort and Support ratings: I gave high marks for both based solely on the other Gentle Souls I've worn.

LOVE THESE BOOTIES! So chic and comfy. They are a bit on the narrow side and feel a teeny bit smaller than a regular size nine, but I would not size down.

Really have enjoyed this boot. It fits really well. I have narrow feet, but I got the medium and it's very comfortable.

There is a reason these boots have so many positive reviews. They are hands-down uber-comfortable with a low heel, moderate arch support and generous toe box. The fitted fabric shaft allows the boot to fit nicely under jeans or pants with different leg openings, making it versatile. I can see myself wearing these for years.

This shoe is perfect for me. I buy for comfort, and these are amazing. The style is very versatile; can be worn with pants, leggings, skirt or dress.

Really comfy, although maybe a tad small — my feet are maybe slightly under a size 5, ordered a size 5 and it fit snug but not too small. Returned because I didn’t love the toe shape. Would’ve preferred a pointy or square toe.

Fits very narrow. I am a size 10.5 purchased a 10. I feel that they run true to size. I had to return. For a narrow foot, these are beautiful boots.

These felt a little small for me. I have one wide foot, and one medium-width foot. It was tight on the wide foot, of course. But these also felt a bit short in length as well. I returned them and ordered a half size up and they fit much better.

These boots are so comfortable that I am going to order another pair if they have different colors. They fit perfectly under jeans with no bilk.

I wear size 8 and I found them to be true to size. I have bunions and need arch support. I wore these for around 8 hours the first time and they were very comfortable; no breaking in period. I bought black and liked them so well that I bought the almond. The color of the almond boot is much lighter than shown in the picture, which looked more like a light chocolate brown to me. However, I love the lighter color, which looks more like a light taupe maybe. It's a beautiful color.
