Beautiful boots but I needed to have a wide width. These were only available in a medium. Gentle Souls shoes are one of my favorites.

Boots are great. Only issue was that the suede tips look a little worn. I didn't return them because I'm too lazy and they will get worn sooner or later. But still, Zappos ....

This black suede boot is beautiful but I have to send it back. I usually wear a 9.5M or a 9.5N (depends on the maker). I ordered 9.5M. The boot was large in the heel, causing a lot of heel slip. Because of the back zipper, there would be no way to add a pad at the back of the inside heel to take up space. Although the overall length was good and the toe box was wide enough for me, the height of the toe box was very shallow and my big toe was hitting the top of the shoe. I rarely have this problem with shoes but this one is a no-go for these reasons.

Like ‘em, run 1/2 size large, brown color is pretty - has a tiny dash of burgundy tone. Overpriced but what isn’t now?

Beautiful booties! The luggage color is perfect and goes with everything and the leather is very soft. They have no arch support but a 3/4 arch support works great.

Cute, comfortable but at least 1/2 size larger than my typical size. Exchanging for 1/2 size smaller.

I love these booties but alas they don't fit. Very simple style. Comfortable for walking if they fit. They are very narrow and come to a round point, they are not a rounded toe boot at all. I wish shoe designers would make boots in a C width for those of us who have healthy yoga feet.

Lovely bootie, well made but just didn't fit 'right'. Not enough arch support nor cushion under the metatarsal area and my heel kept lifting. I returned them.

I liked the cute casual booty look and the suede top was very comfortable as was insole. but the toe was too narrow so i couldn't risk keeping.

I loved the look of this shoe, but both sizes that I tried were big in the heel area and my foot rode up and down in my shoe. I couldn’t get a smaller size because it fit me in the toe. Back they went.

Looks like several complaints about the worn state of the suede on the tips of the boots. Zappos should pay attention. Otherwise nice quality. However, if you buy them, don't immediately toss the box - like I did and therefore have no recourse to return them.

These shoes are what I'm looking for in an all-day shoe; the arch support is better than average without orthotic inserts, and even though they are a bulkier style, the 8-8.5 size did not look large on my feet. The toe box is wide, but they way these are made, the top of my toes rubbed. I wish there had been roomier space to accommodate my fussy toes. For toe issues, these are not the right choice.

Love these boots and the color. Just what I was looking for. The fit didn’t work out for me though. Too narrow for my 7M foot and the zipper on the right boot doesn’t zip smoothly.

More than the size, the aip[per on the bootie was too difficult to maneuvere. It kept catching on the fabric.

Loved the simplicity of the book. However, the sizing was off, could just about walk out of the boot even though they were ankle height. I ordered the same size in another color from another seller and those both were too small. Getting tired of indiscriminate sizing on everything. Where is quality control if you want people to buy your boots. Same boot with sizing varied by plus or minus. Same for width.

This boot was long in the foot, but narrow, and too small in the shaft. It just did not work for my foot.

Color was more orange tan.

I didn't want another pair of black shoes/boots that the "color from this product may transfer..." I double checked your website's description. It doesn't mention this fact. I wouldn't have order it. Thank you.
