I have a narrowish heel and wide ball of foot that needs width and wiggle room and currently I need to wear orthotics for extra support, so can't wear some of my other short boots. This shoe is cute, comfy, and has room for my rather hefty orthotic and wool socks in winter. It also has an appropriately stiff sole that breaks only at the toe, which is what the doc said will heal me up. I wore it outside today and noticed that my foot did slip around a bit, even with orthotic and wool sock, so it may not work so well when the weather is warmer or for anyone with a narrow foot. I debated saying it felt a half-size larger but not sure it's that big. Anyway right now it's great for me, comfy AND cute! :-)

I love these booties so much I bought two more pairs so that when they break down or wear out, I'll have replacements. I have plantar fasciitis and wear orthotics in my athletic shoes, but I can get away with more fashionable shoes if they have decent arch support. I wouldn't want to be on my feet all day in these, but for a normal day's actives, these are super comfortable and cute.

There was plenty of room in the toe box (which I look for in a shoe), but I was disappointed in the footbed cushioning & arch support- I was expecting more from Aetrex :( I need a shoe for work that I can stand in all day on a tile floor, and these are not it.

The booties were much larger than the size. I also thought the leather did not look fine enough for the price. The bottoms and Aetrex insoles were very good as expected.

These are beautiful soft leather, the likes of which you very rarely see these days. Unfortunately, the ankle was too tight and I had to return.

My narrow feet with high arches are difficult to fit, especially with all of the foot issues I have. The arch support is very low to generic, which is probably fine for the majority of people. I personally need a higher arch to support my feet. The heel is nice and cushioned. I personally didn't feel like I could walk well in this particular style. I have some smooth leather Atrex booties I've had a few years is why I returned to this brand. I can wear them for short periods of time and love them.

Like wearing slippers. Eases up Planter Fasciitis pain.

Oh, how I wanted to wear these attractively made casual boots! But due to my high arches it was difficult to get inn to them, even using a shoe horn. I tried three times. It didn't get easier. I regret I have to return them. I truly appreciate Zappos wonderful return/refund policy.

I will be returning these booties. While the arch is good, the front footbed feels flimsy and not enough cushion for me.

This bootie is so comfortable and you can wear it for hours on the first wearing. The leather is beautiful quality!

Cute and provide a padded heel and moderate arch support. Good amount of room for toes.

The boots are very cute and exactly the style I was looking for. They fit well (size 37) length and width, but with my plantar fasciitis I wanted a less cushy sole. I even tried it with my favorite inserts (that I use in almost all of my shoes), but my feet did not feel good after a couple hours walking around my house. I really liked the color and the style but guess I'll need to keep looking. Thankfully Zappos has a great return policy.

I love the look and feel of the Aetrex Luna, but arch support was not there for me.

I usually wear a 8 they suggested an 8 1/2 they were to big and to high on the ankle.

These are really nice shoes, but they definitely run large. My usual size runs between a 9 and a 9 and 1/2, wide which is exactly what I got with these shoes. There is no way I could go down to a size 8. I have decided to keep these shoes and just wear heavier wool socks with them.

Always buy brand for arch support and plantar fascitis. These will need insert for more support. Kept and hoping they will conform after more wearing.

Very nicely made, but the insole is uncomfortable...a bit bumpy. I don't think I'd be comfortable wearing these very long because of the strange texture of the insoles. However, they are nice looking and well-made.

I am still breaking them in but they feel like a success.

Shoe/boot is very comfortable. Seemed true to size. Easy on and off.

The back of the shoe cut into my ankle. Stiff and could tell it would make a blister
