Beautiful boot - I got the shinier version of the black which was perfect: not quite patent leather but shiner than black matte. I read bad reviews about the small fit and ordered a full size larger. Despite this, I could barely get the boot on. Once I did, the fit was ok in the front at the toes, but I have a high instep and the top of the foot was too tight. I thought I might be able to stretch them because I love the look of the shoe, and I’ve had the same issue with other Chloé boots; but unfortunately the back of the heel was also extremely tight / narrow. I have never had a shoe or boot be tight at the heel. Sadly, I returned as I know no way to stretch / fix that. Would recommend 1.5 to 2 full sizes larger or a wider width for anyone with a higher instep.

The shoe quality, though leather seemed cheap. The style is great, but the shoe did not fit all at all.

I LOVE these booties. I received many compliments on them and have had them for a few years now. The leather holds up well. The soles are rugged and stylish. People have stopped me to ask where I got them.

I love these boots -- but the sizing was off. I am normally a size 36 or 36.5 and based on reviews I ordered up to a 37.5. The problems is that there is not enough room in the toe area -- too narrow. So for style -- I would give them 5 stars, but not for comfort.

Runs small

I don't know why I didn't listen to the previous reviews. They just looked cute so I was hoping the reviews were wrong. They were not. I am an 8.5 and I ordered a 9 based on reviews that they ran small. What I received was equivalent to a 7 at best. Super stiff, nearly impossible to pull on. I crammed my foot in mainly to see fit and style in case it was worth returning for a larger size. They are cute but the overall stiffness is intolerable. Keep shopping.
