I wear Haflinger slippers all the time at home but this new style felt much bigger and wider than what i normally wear with Haflinger.

As many other reviewers have noted, these run a little large. But to me, since they are slippers and not street shoes, this makes sense. For in the house, I want something very easy on and off ... these are that. And given the very thick boiled-wool upper, and the generously thick insole and crepe outsole, they are wonderfully warm! So if they're a little on the roomy side, wear a bulky pair of socks ... then your feet will be extra toasty warm!

I have worn Haflinger shoes for years size 38. These shoes felt large enough to walk right out of. I thought I might have gotten a men’s size at first. Very disappointed . Loved color. Returned.

The latest haflinger grizzly insole is so hard and uncomfortable. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Sadly this time I had to return this time.

I was excited about the wider fit on these because it has been hard to find shoes that fit since I had a major trauma to my right foot. I ordered a size down after reading the other comments and they ended up being too short to wear. So I'm going to order my usual size and they should be great.

Fit was huge. We've been getting Haflingers forever always 45, but this had to have been a 46 size.

I should have ordered my regular size EU 38. I ordered next bigger size thinking fluffy woolen socks would need more room, but had to return it.

I thought the fit was amazing. It’s healthy for your toes to move freely, the wide toe box is very comfortable! I ordered my normal size and really appreciated the extra room

I love these slippers. Roomy enough for socks or warm with bare feet. The last wool slippers I bought wore through and my toes were sticking out after a year. I hope this brand--for the price-- last much longer.

I have now worn these in the house for well over a year, and they still look nice and are very comfortable. Despite the fact the uppers are of thick, boiled wool, they have not stretched out at all, and that's a big deal. Running my own business from home, I wear these every waking hour of every day, and for all that, not even the sole is showing much wear. Highly, highly recommend these!

Every closet should have at least one pair of these clogs.

Runs large

These are not unisex, as they are just too wide for women‘s feet unless you have a wide foot. The 36 fit my 7 to 7/12 foot, the 38 the sizing chart recommended was too big. I had hoped the size down would mean a good fit. Good in length, but still too wide.

I followed the size guide and read reviews—some said ran big but others said usually size. So I followed the size guide and ordered a 38 for my size 7 7 to 7 1/2 feet, though I‘m usually a 37 in Bierkenstock, I am sometimes be a 38 in other brands. These were wide (and I do not have narrow feet) and felt a size too big. They are beautifully made, so I am exchanging for the 37. I just had almost an inch in back and felt my foot slide to the front of the shoe, which wasn‘t comfortable for my toes—though the foot bed felt very comfortable.

This slipper is very very wide. Could not keep it on my foot. Otherwise it’s beautiful. Perhaps more masculine than feminine.

These are extremely wide. Got a pair for me and my mom. We both loved the shoe but the shoes were falling off our feet despite the length being correct. And this was in thick winter socks no less. It's a shame because they are awesome looking shoes but just too wide. I do have narrow feet but normally I can wear a B no problem. These should be marked extra wide because that's what they are.

I wear a Euro size 40. After reviews I ordered a 39 and it was still too big. I wore a thin sock and way too big. If you are looking for soft, comfortable and warm, this is not the shoe for you. Very disappointed - I have two pair or regular Haflinger shoes/open back and love them. Wish I could recommend but just cannot.

As with other reviews, I found these shoes to be too large. I even ordered a full size down and they were still too large. Plus, the sole is very stiff, doesn't flex at all.

These are heavier than I was hoping for and as others have said, they are VERY wide. I usually wear 41 in Haflinger and ordered 40 but they were still much too wide. My foot is medium to wide to begin with, but they were still too wide for me.

I appear to need a size 9 which I will order today. The size 10 seems a full size too large. Other slippers I a have bought from you (Tempurpedic Tony) the size 10 was correct or at most a half size too large.
