I ordered this shoe because years ago I bought a Josef Seibel fisherman sandal and madly loved the shoe. This red clog is just about the prettiest shoe I have ever seen and so well made. I ordered it from a place of full denial. Now I am elderly & disabled and unable to walk in the shoe. Thank you, Zappos for providing the pleasure of seeing the shoe for myself!

Great! Comfortable, cozy, supportive. For me, the flex of the sole makes them more comfortable than a traditional wooden clog or a Dansko. The leather is luxuriously soft, the wool trim super cute.

Definitely true to size, and pleasantly supportive. Very fun and cute shoe!!

I don't know what is going on but this is the second pair of Josef Seibels that felt a half size too small, and too short. I want to say about a decade ago i first started buying Josef Seibel and its always been my favorite brand, very comfortable and stylish made in Germany shoes. I hope they will continue to make them in Germany. Maybe my feet have changed. Anyway i will try again!

The 37 was perfect for my 6.5 fit. The red is great; I had originally ordered the black and exchanged them for red.

These are beautiful and the perfect heel height to give a little lift. I tried without socks and with medium weight socks, however, and my toes hit the front of the shoe, which was painful. I was just about to return them, but tried with thick socks, and that solved the problem. For many years I wore a 39 only and still do in some styles. Based on reviews, I ordered a 40, and it was the perfect length and width, even with the thick socks.

The size 39 are sized exactly like a size 38. I measured them and compared them to numerous other 39 clogs as well as at the six pairs of Josef Seibel sandals that I own and they are a half inch shorter. They are with out a doubt a size 7.5 US/ Euro 38. The width was average. The sewn on labels on the top of the heel is annoying. The fuzzy interior felt nice, but if worn with bare feet, as is typical for clogs will soon become soiled and matted, shorting the life of the shoes from years to a single season.

The shoe size did say 5-5.5, but I'm a 5, so my foot slid right into the tip of the shoe, jamming my toes up against it. Another reviewer had the same issue. I also have the same issue with another pair of Josef Siebel, a mule. I will avoid ordering such again.

These are lovely shoes…but the fit was just off for me!

Lining made shoe feel smaller & hot

Liked the color. Felt the shoe was a bit “dowdy” for the style I am looking to buy. Have been happy with my Josef Seibel lace up boots but these clogs were very loose in the fit around my arch and instep.

The shoes were used . All beat up and the lining worn down . They were returned , should never have been sent out.

I love these comfortable, elegant, well-crafted shoes in dashing red. Highly recommended!

GREAT shoe, very comfortable wearing for hours.

Winner! I ordered this shoe on a lark, thinking that maybe it would work for me. I really wanted the red/burgundy but it was all sold out in my size, so I figured I'd try this. The winning feature was the plush footbed and the plush lining of the front. Somehow I'd missed that feature when I read about the shoe. But in the past I've found that clogs are often cold in the winter, even with heavy socks. I expect these shoes to be toasty as well as good looking.

Loved the shoe but slightly snug but felt a larger size would be big.

I love these shoes and I always get "great shoes" from everyone I meet--including the UPS guy lol

Amazing comfort. I love this brand, but they have outdone themselves here. Super comfy right out of the box!

A little stiff the first day or so, the toe box felt a little snug as well. Loosened up quickly and they are now quite comfortable.

Fit true to size 9-9 1/2 I wear a nine and they fit well, not loose Wore them all day at work and was comfortable from the first day Seem to be well made Inner lining is nice and soft If I were to improve them I would want an even more cushioned sole but that would maybe make them less stable So I think they are great I’m just used to wearing crocs

These are the best, cutest, most comfortable clogs I have ever worn, plus keep my feet warm with soft fleece lining. I came back buy 2 more pairs , but did not have in my size any more. Love them! 10 stars!!!!!

Love the way this shoe fits, and the fuzzy inside is fantastic.

They are lovely. My only complaint is that the leather over the top of the shoe is wrinkled. Not the best look!

These are very rich looking, attractive clogs. The soft pile inside should make it comfy and warm for winter. However, unless you have very narrow feet, these will be uncomfortable. I ordered one size up to accommodate for socks, but there would be no way I could fit my foot into these shoes with socks on. It’s a shame, I’d love to keep them but they have to go back. If there was a Wide available I’d be willing to exchange, but there isn’t. Too bad.
