Update to previous review: I had ordered Tabitha in black & noted they were much more broken in than the picture showed. Still cool & I thought I’d get a lot of wear out of them. I loved the Driftwood color but when those arrived they were much lighter in color than the pictures showed. I like them a lot but I don’t love them. For the price of these I want to LOVE them a lot! After looking at both pairs, I’ve decided to return them both - they’re a a good looking boot but a little to worn-in for my style after all. I don’t typically love a plain, solid black bootie, so my hunt for a perfect pair will continue. I realize these are hand-crafted & the quality definitely shows - they’re obviously well made. I am considering another style, Yurisa, now. If you like a really broken-in look you’ll love these. I imagine they’ll wear in nicely, too.

I have this in the tan 9.5. And i love it. This one is a 9. It does stretch. Im very familiar with bed stu and how their products work. After one wear they fit perfectly with thin socks. Winter time i use thicker socks so i use the 9.5 pair. I have a shoe stretcher that i use as well. I have wide feet. I wear 9 and 9.5. Hope this helps.

Love, love, love the look of the booties. I can tell they are well made. Width is a little narrow, so I returned the size 9 and ordered a 9.5. Fit was much better. Only problem was the 9.5 was so much lighter than the 9, I don’t like it. Sadly, they’re going back. You can from the picture how much lighter the 9.5 is, on the right. Unfortunately I prefer the darker brown.

The shoes are as good looking as the pictures, super cute. Perhaps they need to be broken in but I found my normal size (8.5) to be a little more snug that I'd prefer. I am going to exchange them for a 1/2 size larger and see what happens.

These booties are adorable and well made. They do run small. I almost always take a 7 but had to return and ordered the 7.5 which initiallly fit snugly but has already stretched and is now very comfortable after wearing just a few hours.

Like any good leather, they need a bit of breaking in but very comfortable even on first day. Love the worn look and warm, tan leather coloring. I received compliments the first day out wearing them.

In love with these. I ordered 9.5 perfect for thick socks in the fall and winter. I wish i had the black pair as well. These are fabulous and sexy!!!

I absolutely love everything about tabitha. Gorgeous. Im a 9 and ordered 9.5. I can wear it with thin socks or thick socks. Fits perfectly.

I absolutely adore these boots! Tried them on a trip and the store didn’t have my size. Zappos did! They are beautiful and well made. Very natural with flaws in leather and all. Heels not too high so they walk comfortably and look oh so good!

The first thing I noticed taking these boots out of the box was how heavy they were. These are some solid, nicely crafted boots. I don’t have a pair of “everyday casual” black booties in my wardrobe & I liked the cool, broken-in look of these online. They definitely have that look in real life! Mine appear somewhat more distressed than the photos online & there’s plenty of brown/worn leather showing, which I don’t mind, because now they literally go with everything! TTS in my usual size 7 & I believe they’ll mold to my foot, too, the leather is supple but not paper thin. The inside is red which is a fun touch. Plenty of room for my toes & I could wear a thin-ish sock with them. Tried them with a variety of denim styles & think they’ll get a lot of use this season. Would definitely consider other styles from Bed Stu. Took a long time to receive them though, compared to what I’m used to with Zappos!

Love the boots, but the sizing was at least a half size smaller. I will reorder the next size.

Meh, I really thought I would like these boots, but they felt really clunky and a bit more cowboy-boot vibe than I was going for. I returned them.

I love these boots! Unfortunately I didn't keep them, but I really wanted to. First off, these boots are pretty narrow. Perhaps after time and wear they would stretch to perfection. The main reason I returned them was that the shaft of the boot was just too high for me.

Super cute boots but way to tight! I have a medium wide foot, nothing out of the ordinary and certainly not a thick foot and these were way to tight. Did not even bother trying a size up because that would not have affected the width. These were simply cut for a narrow and thin foot.
