Zappos has these boots listed as American sizes, however, these booties are European sizes. Going by Zappos sizes, I ordered my normal size 10, when I received the boots, they were a European size 40. I returned them and ordered the Zappos size 11, when I received them, they were a European size 41. The boot are beautiful and now that I have the correct size (European size 41) I am completely satisfied!! Zappos easy return policy makes exchanges a breeze!!

Stylish and comfortable. The fit was spot on - I typically wear size 9 and these fit just right.

I got these in the tan color which could be better described as burnt sienna. I originally purchased my regular size 7, but either because these are a bit narrow or my arch is a bit too high, the boots felt very tight. I exchanged for a size 8 which fits perfectly.

I like these boots, bur I'm disappointed that an expensive boot has very little arch support and a thin sole. I kept them because they are a nice suede boot, but still a bit disappointed.
