These boots are great, working in food where floors have stuff on them a lot, shortening for example these don't slip much. I've had them for 6 months and will have them for maybe 1 month or so more. 7 months with how hard I am on shoes is not too bad.
The Pros-
"Waterproof" up to a point, they hold water out up to 2 inches or so.
They hold up pretty well, I'm hard on shoes and a pair lasts me on average 6-8 months, after 6 months I've ripped the front rubber piece that goes around the composite piece, hasn't affected the waterproof, but the don't look pretty. They are work boots. They don't need to.
They are quite comfy, the included inserts were... less then ideal but put a decent pair of inserts in and I can be on my feet for 14+ hours before they start to get uncomfortable.
Cons-
Like I said, the rubber piece that goes over the toe ripped pretty easily, and it shows a white shell under.
They are not good in mud or farm work, not what they were designed for so not really anything to complain about.
They can be pretty heavy and bulky. I wear heavy boots all the time, not a big deal and adjusting to these was fine, but they are pretty wide and tall and if you are a size 13 like me, these things are monstrous and can get caught somewhat easily if you're being careless.
They do not breathe at all, not good for people like me who's feet sweat badly.
TL;DR Overall I would recommend these. They're comfy and work well, but they can be very bulky and possibly rip in the front.

I appreciate the quality nonslip sole, the high reaching safety toe, and the security ankle protection that has protection me ankle from rolling multiple times due to uneven slippery surfaces.

I'm rating these a 3/5 because they seem pretty average for what I'd expect from SFC. The problem is that I don't have average feet. I have an extra wide forefoot, like a flipper. Sizing is pretty difficult for me, so I was excited when they came out with the extra wide. Unfortunately the composite safety toe still dug into the side of my foot. It was very painful in a short amount of time, so I can not wear them. Advice to SFC, copy the design of the Timberland Pro Titan 6". I've never had a better fitting boot in my life and they're also very, very comfortable.

Ouch! I have thin ankles and these were definitely cast on a last that was designed for men. If you have fat ankles I would say these might work well for you. My heel just would not lock into place and the one day I wore them the rubbing left me with enormous blisters. I wear my own insoles and these just did not seem to accommodate the insoles comfortably. The shoes looked great, but the heel damage I could not live with. Great toe box space.

I wanted sturdy, solid, durable, smart looking leather boots for work when I ordered them. The boots turned out to be a disappointment, surely not worth the money.
Within less than 2 weeks I already noticed wear on the outer/right part of heal section of the outer sole and it quickly worsened which caused my feet to lean more and more to right. The shoe also does not provide much shock absorption, causing my feet feeling sore and the end of the week.
Wearing my regular shoes of my days off, I also realized how heavy these work boots are.
I never used the second pair that I ordered in a different color.
By the way, I used different insoles for extra shock absorption from the start and when I took out the original insole I noticed the exact same material and stitching in work boots with composite toe section I ordered before these, including PUMA and KEEN!
The search for shoes really worth the money is still on.

Shoes look like they belong on a clown. Front of shoe are gigantically big and round. I recommend only for Bozo lol

I have been wearing SFC for 15 years, various shoes and boots. This model I believe has a smaller toebox than the previous models (ranger, voyager) of the same size. Can barely fit my foot in there and it feels so tight and at the end of shift the sides of my big toes were white and numb. Was hoping they would break -in, and of course a steel toe will not stretch, but this particular model just feels smaller. Also, it was 31 days when I tried to return and was hoping they would give me the 1 extra day to return but even after buying their shoes for 15 years they wouldn't accept the return. Not the best customer service.

Great pair of boots. Looks great and as comfortable as you might expect from a boot like this.I put a lot of miles on these boots throughout the week. Have owned them close to 6 months now and hardly any wear on the soles.
The BIG problem: stitching coming out over the toes and around the composite reinforcement. Since mine is the 2nd review with the same problem, I would not reccomend this boot to anyone. Fix the stitching issue and it would be a great boot.

I ordered this boot 3 times! Each time I was given the wrong size! From what I read the boot is a great one but I never got a chance to wear the boots for a accurate review!

So squeaky and loud at the ankle part of the boot, incredibly annoying when you're the only one in your household awake for work at 4am and the whole house wakes up because your work shoes are so loud

I had order these boots before had no problem with them. The second time I ordered them they had a defect on the cips that hold the shoe laces. I send them back they gave me another pair with the same defect plus the right boot hurt my foot. I found this out when I tried a different pair of boots that I bought from a different store. The defect on the clip that hold the laces was coming off like they didn't put enough glue that holds the clip on the boot so my laces keeper coming unless always having to tie my laces. They really should fire their quality control personnel.
