The increase to 2% spandex has made these pants GODAWFUL!!!!!! They feel weird, they fit weird, they wear weird...they're just HORRIBLE!! Why change a good thing? Over the years, I've bought >30 pairs of the 1% spandex version for work pants and those are wonderful. Until Lee responds to the bad reviews and reverts back to 1%, I'll find a new brand. If I could've given these zero stars, I would've

Like so many others, I have purchased 6+ pairs of these pants every year for the last 10-12 years to wear to work, but this year's version is horrible!
I need to look like a professional and be comfortable outdoors in the summer. This fabric clings to my legs all the way to the knee, looks awful and is very hot. As for the Easy Care label, the pant legs curl up at the hem every time they are laundered.
Please bring back the style numbers 4601211, 4601202, etc., and particularly Navy Blue--the Imperial Blue is difficult to match.
Frustrated,

Even 1 star is too many.
I could always count on these Lee pants to fit me. Not now. I have to constantly tug at them to keep them where they should be. And they are far from relaxed. Very uncomfortable. These were my uniform at work for many years. I was a very loyal customer....now I will have to find a new brand. I am so disappointed. The fabric is awful in every way.

So very disappointed. Like many others I have worn the pants for the last 15 years. Comfortable, wash well, and fit perfect. I could either order on line or just walk in a store and buy them off the shelf and know they would fit without question. Now, well now I am starting to look at other brands.
Lee you changed the material on your Relaxed Fit Pants and Relaxed Jeans. Not everybody likes spandex nor does it flatter everyone.
You've lost my business.

Bring back the old flat front at the waist pants. Horrible fit material is horrible so many complaints. Why change a good thing, and turn it into something that does not work for a lot of us. 99Percent cotton 1percent spandex.

Who decided to change the Classic Lee pants that I've been wearing for about the last 20 years? I used to buy them when they were known as "Lee Casuals," and they always fit so nice. The fabric was great, and I knew I could buy a pair off the shelf and they would fit perfectly. Now, the fabric is cheap, stretches out of shape, and each pair is sized differently. Please bring back the Relaxed Fit, straight leg, flat-front pants in the nice cotton blend, otherwise, I will have to switch to a different brand. If you want products that fly off the shelves in the stores, bring back a quality product!!!!

I wore the old version of these pants to work everyday for years. I am very disappointed to find that the material has been changed to something that collects lint, doesn't hold its color and doesn't fit right (too tight/shrink). They just look terrible. WHY would a company change a reliable product. What a loss! I haven't found anything that is as comfortable and looks as nice as the old version and I am so disappointed. Please bring back the old version. Specifically bring back 460120A as soon as possible.

I have to agree with the other reviewers. The change in material is BAD. I understand company profit but seriously stay with what your customers liked and you will sell more. This change will just have us leaving you for your competitors.

I do not like this new fabric it makes a swishing sound, it grows after all day wear and the chinsey thin hem does not drape nice, the back pockets are messy looking, bring back the past fabric, fix the pocket problem and make a nicer 1 inch hem.

I've never been so disappointed in Lee's! WHY Why why would you change a customer favorite! I've worn Lee's for years and this new fabric is horrible. It makes a noise and the back pockets open when you walk in them. I actually had to sew them shut! .... and they don't wash good.. They shrink and look faded with the third wash.
Also, The new fit is NOT good for me! I guess I'll be searching for a new favorite brand, if you cant bring back the old ones!

I have been such a loyal customer buying these light colored classics for years! Now I am looking for another brand to wear. They aren't all sized the same. The quality is so bad.........

Please bring back the old flat front twill pants . These pants feel like yoga pants material. Not what I'm looking for at all.

The new modern style shrinks and does not fit as nice as the older style, I will be looking for another brand now which is discourging since I use to always count on the lee brand to fit me.

The fabric on these is really nice. Soft and not heavy duty, but strong. Good for warmer weather, which is why i bought them. I won't return them because I got a screaming hot deal, but if I had paid full price or even a "sale" price they would go back. They have waaaay too much room in the stomach - and I am apple shaped so that's bad. And not enough in back. They don't exactly fall off my butt, but they need a little more in back and please make the waistband a little more like your old comfort fit one - a tad wider and full hidden elastic. I have some really old Lee cargo pants that are falling apart - would love to get that waistband again. And thank you for having a "long" length that is not "tall." I need my 33 inch inseam but not the tall rise, and know plenty of other women are in a similar boat. I won't be buying any more of them though. I would if the fit were adjusted.

I have been buying these pants for YEARS!! Loved them -UNTIL THEY CHANGED THE FABRIC!-- I honestly hate the new fabric--I DO NOT like the feel and they shrink with each washing!! the older fabric did not. Why is when you find something that works, companies feel they have to change it-- I also agree with other comments on this page--the current colors are practical, but boring---Bring BACK the ORIGINAL FABRIC-- and more colors, OLIVE, WHITE, PUTTY

Don't like spandex, the fit is too tight around the calf. This does not look professional and I have to keep adjusting the waist and pulling them up. I loved the old style of these pants and bought a couple of new pairs every year for work. I will not be buying any more of these pants. They took their best seller and turned it into a loser.

I purchased these because of the "Lee" brand, they were black and dressier than jeans. There are terrible. I wear a size 10 but because they are relaxed fit I purchased an 8. They fit well until I looked in the mirror 3 hours later and noticed how stretched out and baggy they had become, oh and the button keeps coming unbuttoned. These will be returned, and I will continue my search for perfect black "dress" jeans.

Extremely disappointed with these pants. What were they thinking to change the fabric. Huge mistake! If I wanted stretchy pants I would buy yoga pants. Don't change what WAS a great pair of pants. I hope Lee changes them back, I really hate to go else where to shop.

Definitely not what they used to be. I wear these for work pants and have for several years. Never had any problem with the old style. These ones have shrunk quit a bit since I washed them. Not happy at all. Also the fabric does not wash up good. Spots do not come out even when cleaner is used. Material is very cheap. Please go back to the old style.

The quality of these pants have completely dropped and have been flushed down the toilet. These pants use to be perfect in fit and length. They are short even though they are labeled long. They wear out quick between the thighs. That has never happened before. Because of your cheap changes (which were probably done by a millennial that wanted to make shortcuts for larger profits) I will have to look elsewhere for pants (or go to work looking ridiculous or naked). I have bought these pants for years almost decades. I am very disappointed in the quality and make of these pants.

Not happy with the changes made in your pants to "update" the fit. After more than a decade, you have lost me as a customer.

I have purchased these slacks for many years as work uniform slacks. The quality of the fabric has changed causes me to look wrinkled in a very short time. The hem has become smaller allowing it to roll up. I would like to look professional, but these slacks will no longer work for me. This is truly disappointing because they are very comfortable
