I had high hopes for this product even though the fabric content differs significantly from the classic-fit, at-the-waist Marilyn jeans that were discontinued four years ago. I still have several pairs of that style, but they are showing wear and I had hoped to find a great replacement. I normally wear a size 6, which is what I ordered in the Seattle color. The jeans fit well, but it is the weight of the fabric and the "fake" fading of the color that are a big disappointment. The fabric feels thinner than the fabric of the older jeans. I will be returning the jeans so have not worn them to see if they "stretch" out and become baggy after wearing them for a few hours as some reviewers have mentioned. It is my guess that most of the buyers of this style of at-the-waist jeans are older (as am I) than those who are purchasing the modern cut styles. Why, Lee, are you putting the "fake" faded lines across the front of the jeans just above the upper thigh area? My older Lee jeans don't have those lines after years of washing and wearing them. Why would I want to buy new jeans with these obviously fake faded lines? Besides not adding anything to the style, they only seem to accentuate the upper thigh area and make your thighs look larger. So please, Lee, consider bringing back a style comparable to the Marilyn jeans, Style #3505261 (72% cotton, 27% polyester, 1% cotton).

The material is changed from 83% cotton, Algodon 15% Polyester/Spandex 1% to far less Cotton, no Algodon, rendering the jeans to be more like SPANDEX Stretch, clingly, and less relaxed fit. The waste line is a bit shorter as well, more so in the back vs. front. I ordered two pair, thinking I was getting the same jeans and they are far too clingy and scratchy, and heavy in weight. Very Disappointed. Just because they look the same, they do NOT fit the same, or look the same. Therefore they are not the same and should have a new model #

The size if off in this color of Lee jean. I would never order it again. It is too big. I ordered size 4 in black and horizon and the horizon jean is large and unattractive.

I have worn and loved Lee jeans for 30 plus years. Now I can't find a pair I like. These have so much spandex that they stretch out as the day goes on. I end up hoisting them up like an adolescent boy. When I can't hoist them because I am in public the crotch ends up mid thigh. Also, the polyester content makes them very HOT.

I ordered the same style number, color, and size that I bought in the store. The ones I received in the mail are at least 1/2 size smaller. I ordered online because most stores only carry about 2 pairs in size 8 Average, so they are hard to find. Won't order online again, though -- I obviously need to try on every pair. Very disappointing because I love the ones I have.

I've worn Monroe style jeans in a 16M for awhile and really love them. The 16M jeans that arrived this time seemed to no longer be proportioned correctly. They were about 3-4 inches longer than normal and about a size bigger around. I estimate they were about a 18L. I've returned them.

I recently bought a pair of these jeans at Kohls and loved them from the minute I tried them on! I was thrilled to find them on Lee.com and ordered another pair only to find that the "updated fit" means the pants now run VERY small! They looked like they were painted on me. I exchanged them for a size larger than my normal size - these fit even smaller! The size 4 now fits like a size 0. (My first pair, size 4, fits like a size 6.)

These jeans do NOT feature an: "Instantly Slims You (Tummy Panel)". The fit is so-so, a bit on the lose side. I own three pair of Lee jeans with tummy panel and love them which was the reason for ordering these. (I'm 63, wearing a size 4). I'm disappointed.

I bought these jeans in two different colors, same size. The dark color is a full size smaller and a good inch shorter than the light color. The labels with the washing instructions were faded, like they'd been washed. Lee needs a better quality control program. The return info states that the customer is responsible for paying return costs. No more Lee jeans for me.

The fabric is thin and a total joke. How can they even sell something so cheaply made. They are not relaxed fit. These are more like thin tight leggings. They are not jeans and aren't worth even half of what I paid on sale.

I bought two pair in different colors. Both advertised 29 1/2 length. One pair was 28 inches and other 28 1/2.

Lees have always been my favorite jeans until this past order. I ordered 2 different sizes and both were very tight and the cut seemed to be inconsistent from past orders. I will not be ordering Lee jeans again.

I returned these jeans-I did not like the stretchy, thin material. Also, I followed the sizing but the jeans were much too short! With a bad fit and thin material, I would not recommend these to anyone!

These jeans are advertised on Lee website as 29 1/2 inches in length for the size I selected. One pair measured about 28 1/2 and one about 28 inches . I was told when I emailed the length can vary up to 1 inch. I returned the jeans however I did not receive a full refund.

I wear a size 12, but sized up for a little more looseness and comfort. They said size 14, but literally fit like a 6 or 8. Nowhere near a 14. I'll give them away, but will never order Lee jeans again. I was shocked at the fit! I absolutely loved the color and the style.

I have worn size 8 jeans my entire adult life and I ordered 2 pair for Xmas. One pair was so tight I couldn't get them buttoned and they were very shortseems like possibly mismarked and a size 6 sent? Second pair better but still hard to button. I have several size 8 Lee jeans that are comfortable, long enough, and easy to button. I'm afraid I won't be ordering Lee jeans againtoo expensive to not fit right

These jeans are two sizes smaller than the size they are. I always wear a 2x and I can't even zip them up. I hate when you put them on sale and don't tell the customer that they run really small. I can't even send them back because the shipping would cost as much as I paid for the jeans

The jeans have a very strong odor imbedded into the denim fabric. I wore them for three days, airing them out, then washed them and no change. I then googled "why do my jeans have a foul odor?" and discovered that it is common practice for some clothing made abroad to be bathed in FORMALDEHYDE (used to embalm corpses) as a preservative to prevent them from getting moldy during the overseas shipping. These jeans were made in Egypt. Google suggested the odor would fade by 1) washing with baking soda, 2) washing with Borax, 3) washing with white vinegar. I did all three and NOTHING worked except now, after the 4th washing, the jeans reek of vinegar as well. No wonder they were on sale. I kept trying because the fit is perfect and they did not shrink, however the odor is so offensive I cannot wear them. BTW in the same order, I purchased both black and taupe pants and there was no odor at all. I checked the tags and the pants were made in Mexico. Lee Jeans, please do not sell an inferior product like this. I will think again when I make another purchase.

I had to send back the jeans as they were 4 inches shorter than what I usually get from Lee's. I have always counted on knowing the size and buy Tall for my height. I was so disappointed that they changed the style/length.

I have been wearing Lee Jean's for 50 years. Relaxed fit is no longer relaxed. It fits tight. I still wear my old jeans in size 10. I went to size 14 and legs still tight only waist got bigger. Too big. Quality has gone downhill. I actually had to enlarge every single buttonhole because they wouldn't unbutton. Totally disappointed.
