If you get these get these longer than you need, they run short. These are also relaxed fit but because of that they have a little extra material in the wrong place which makes the fit a little off. It wasn't worth the return for me because I got them on sale but will only wear them to work outside. A little disappointed, I should have went with my gut and gotten the longer inseam.

Wish these came in non-relaxed style. I love the 98/2 but relaxed fit is just too loose.

I really like the looks of this pair. Mocha is apparently made of a different fabric. They start out fine after washing, but after they are worn a while, they stretch. They stretch sooo much that I'm going to have to take up the waist.

I'm just having a problem getting any jeans to fit as I would like. These, blue denim, start fine after washing, but they do stretch a some, and therefore, I'm constantly pulling up on them. It seems that fit/fabric used vary by color. I got 3 different colors. They all fit differently. I would recommend them, but only with a warning.

I purchased one pair and loved everything, good quality and fit. I purchased two more pair of the same pants just a different color and the size was completely off from the first pair. I am washing and drying them on high heat to try to shrink them down!

I had help from customer service in trying to match the jeans I have. Have the numbers, title etc. Classic Fit Monroe is NOT classic fit. TIght through the thighs but the worst is the short pockets. Have to constantly worry about losing things. They also fall out when taking them off. A ridiculous design flaw.

I just received these yesterday snd both pair (sizes 6 and 8) are being returned. Although my normal size for these jeans is 6 or 8, these were WAY too tight, and they smelled terrible. I've worn Lee jeans for years, but it appears they have changed manufacturers and now the sizing is way off. I haven't given up....yet. Will reorder in another color and go up 2 sizes in the Pearl to see what I get.

I have many pairs of Lee jeans but disappointed that the front pockets are very short and are basically useless.

I have been wearing Lee Monroe Straight Leg jeans for years because I loved how they fit. they had just the right amount of stretch and the rise was a perfect length. I am finding it more and more difficult to find them in stores so I was thrilled to find this site. However, the fit of the jeans is different and I don't like them quite so much any more. I was so happy to find this site that I ordered a total of 6 pair. Now I am thinking about returning the 5 I have not yet worn because they aren't as comfortable as my previous jeans.

Lee has been my "go-to jean" for decades. Of course just when you find a jean that fits and looks fabulous, things change. At 5'9 with a short rise, a size 12 Classic Fit #3603 has been my favorite style for several years, so when I couldn't find them in my local store, I called the company for help. Great customer service! I happily ordered 2 pair. BUT when they arrived, the fit wasn't what I expected. Compared to my original jeans, the rise was at least 1.5" longer which placed the waist above my natural waistline and created some odd ripples at the hip. The legs were wider and longer that my originals, giving more of a relaxed fit, not the trim, straight fit I anticipated. This was my recent experience. It may not be yours. I recommend this jean, but with reservation.

I have two pair of these jeans in the dark blue and they fit perfectly. I ordered two in black (same style) and they are much tighter. I measured the black ones against my blue ones which have been washed several times and they are about 1/2 inch smaller in the legs. For me this made a big difference. I would give the "Horizon" color 5 stars, but only 3 for the "Black."

I tried 3 colors in these jeans and they all fit a bit differently but none fit well. I need room in the seat and thighs and have a smaller waist. Not quite roomy enough in the thighs, the waist gapped and the rise isn't quite high enough in the back for me. Relaxed fit is too loose. I find Lee jeans to be undependable. Sometimes I get a great fit and no other bbrand comes close, but more often than not the rise is too low and the waist gaps. I have more luck buying Lee from the VF Outlet store for some reason. Buying jeans is frustrating for me. If these fit me I'd give them the highest rating for quality and everything else.

I used to LOVE these jeans, but at some point, Lee changed the makeup and I find these jeans to be very heavy & hard material even after numerous washings. I did notice some of mine were made in China and some in Mexico....the company needs more consistency in finding and keeping the softer fabric! The old Monroe felt a like a soft brush blend and with each washings felt super great on your legs. I still love the stretch in the material, great to conform to different days you eat/weigh more or less. I also have been asking for more color choices than light blue, dark blue(Horizon) and Black. What about a Grey, Khaki and White for those of us that travel a lot to warmer climates year round? I have never been able to order even the dark chocolate, bc it is always out of stock. What does that tell you Marketing? We need more color choices, especially for us older women and those who travel year round. My friends would also love these Monroes in Capri too! Again for us year round travellers!!!!!!!

Bought 2 Black Classic Fit Monroe Str Leg Jeans--size 6M Misses. According to size chart, waist should be 29"-29.5" I currently am 5'4" with 30" waist and the waists were 1.5" too big for me. I sent them both back and ordered size 4M. The last (6M) pairs I bought 3 years ago varied greatly by color too; light blue are huge, dark blue are roomy, black pair are true to size chart. Lee apparently has a size control problem and this isn't important to them. I wanted 2 pair, but if I had only wanted 1 pair, I would buy 2 (free shipping), send them both back, then order 1 pair. You shouldn't have to pay for their size control problem. The fabric and cut seems really great and I enjoy wearing them.

This was the only jean that fit me. Now it fits, but the lower rise accentuates my muffin top. The pants fit a little snugly right from the washer but sag after a few hours. The old jean held its shape and mine all day long. The depressing part is now I don't have my go-to jean that I could buy in a store or online, knowing it was perfect. The thought of going through the trials of trying on jeans that end up not fitting after a few hours is really sad. Iwill unsubscribe from emails now.

Finding a good fit in jeans is challenging. Last year when I discovered the classic fit monroe straight leg jean (size 16S) I was thrilled. I have two pair that are my absolute favorite jeans. Many washings, still just fine. I wanted to buy more this year and was quite disappointed to discover that I cannot duplicate my two favorite pairs. The "new" ones are not the same. The fit is different, noticeably larger. The material is also different, noticeably thinner. I don't understand why a company like Lee would cheapen and change their product this way.

I bought several of the Monroe jeans last year, fit great, love 'em. This year, bought a brown pair, thought wow, new colors, yeaaa, but they're HUGE!! Washed them so can't return. Going to Good Will I guess. DRAT. Lee, what did you do to the size chart? I wear a 4, so not like I can order smaller size. Please go back to original sizing!

These jeans are cute, but wow do they run big!! Such a shame that I can only wear them a few times. Love they still carry long jeans.. Only brand that I can find long enough but definitely order one size down!!

I ordered the same size as the ones in my closet that I love, Compared to the old ones, these are huge. I washed them because I thought they might shrink, but if they did, it wasn't enough. They stretch out - a lot! By the end of the day I'm pulling them up every few minutes. I'm done ordering jeans and pants on line.

These jeans looked great from the front, but the waistband left such a large gap in back, that I felt completely exposed. I do NOT have a tiny waist or large hips, so this cut would not fit an average figure.

my last orders from Lee fit well. These had a waist that gapped so big in the back, I returned them.

these are smaller than the other size 8s that I bought last year, and the stretch fabric is thinner and less sturdy. They are long enough, which is important. I wish you had more plain-pocket styles and colors in long or tall!

I liked the jeans, but a size 4 fit like a 6. I could slip my hand in the waistband with room to spare.

The quality of the material is great, but the jeans are not true to size. They're very loose fitting for slim fit jeans.

These were so much smaller than others I own in this same size! Can't you keep track of your suppliers? I needed to exchange to a Women's size. But you won't make that exchange. I will have to return and re-order without the sale price. In summary, you make pants that you already know are too small for the stated size and then won't exchange for a size with a W. Give me one good reason why I should order from you again.
