I returned my order. I do not like the spandex and was very disappointed in my purchase. I would like it very much if you brought back the 3051849 relaxed fit sits at the waist. I like more denim in my jeans. I like the 99% denim 1% spandex.

I bought the same size jeans that I've worn for years and these were way too long, and...pardon me, but they are crotch riders so if you are long waisted these won't work for you. Not the least bit comfortable or wearable.

I have worn curvy fit lee jeans for years and have been able to buy without trying them on. I bought a new pair and they were a little rough so I washed them thinking they just needed to be softened up. They weren't so I turned them inside out and the inside of the jean is a NEW MATERIAL?! Its like sandpaper and for someone who already has "thigh" issues this is really uncomfortable. Hope someone really reads these reviews and fixes this I MISS MY OLD JEANS! Jeans are supposed to be soft :(

It used to be that Lee Jeans relaxed were the only jeans that fit me, however, you have not only changed the fabric to a thinner one that isn't like "jean" material at all, but you've changed the sizing and now the waist gaps on me a good 3" and is not comfortable at all or fitting "at the waist" at it used to. I am the same size as I have been for 30 years and a size 4 would fit me still if the waist was where it used to be and tighter. I am soooooo very disappointed because I used to love Lee jeans. I have the same problem with the other lee pants that I wore all of the time - too low at the waist and too large of a waistband. I have no longer a options in the lee product line and I am so sad. The elastic waist jeans are better material, however apparently are not available in size 4 and not as appealing with elastic fit.

These jeans seem to run a size too large. I normally wear a size 12 and the jeans I bought were falling off my hips and showing off my panties :-O After donating the dozen or so pair I originally purchased, I bought another dozen in size 10. They fit great and hug really show off my butt and NOT my undies. Panty lines are more visible, but I guess that's the tradeoff for the fabulous fit. The material is much thinner than prior Lee jeans, making the VPL even more obvious. There were loose threads at all the seams inside the seat of the dozen jeans I purchased. I felt this looked cheap and made me wonder if they'd wear a hole at the pockets in back. I hit the loose threads with a lighter to seal them up. Overall...I intend to buy more of this style but only because Levi doesn't make jeans that hug so well they wiggle when I do. I really wish Lee would go back to their roots and reinstate the Riders...which were true to size, stylish and durable.

I have been wearing Relaxed fit Lee jeans for so many years, they were the only ones that fit me. First of all the fabric changed, women who order a relaxed fit jean do not want spandex in their jeans. Relaxed does not mean tight like a sausage. Please change back to the way you used to make this jean. I would love to buy Lee relaxed jeans again. I hate the fact that I have to go and try on hundreds of jeans again to try and find a pair that fit. The price is not as important as the fit!

I have been purchasing these jeans off and on for over 10 years and have endured the fabric changes and other changes in these jeans, however, I recently purchased 3 pair on line and 1 pair were almost too big but wearable and the other 2 pair were sizes too small. I find the same problem even purchasing them in stores. On-line purchases generally meant more consistency in sizing but that too is in the past.

Relaxed Fit Lee jeans have been the only jeans that I have worn for 10+ years. Then I bought several pairs only to discover that they are no longer 99% cotton and don't fit me well like they used too. I tried a larger size to see if that helped the fit in the hips and thighs but then they were too big in the waist. In general, I think women who want a "relaxed fit" jean don't want such a high percentage of clingy spandex.

These are not the classic 99% cotton, 1% stretch jeans that hang comfortably from the waist and do not cling to the body. These have too much stretch, tightly hug your buttocks and thighs. The thighs area rides up when you sit, and you have to pull the thigh area down when you stand up. Hint: Not all of us want jeans fitting like a girdle.

So disappointed in the "new" fabric. Please bring back the old cotton denim with 1% spandex and the original cut. The new jeans are way too tight in the legs, waist and hips. I have had to go up a size to get the correct fit when my "old" jeans in the smaller size still fit fine. I have worn these jeans for years practically every day to work and they wear out but I don't like the replacement. If it ain't broke, please don't fix it! Bring back our old favorites!!

Like many other reviews, I have worn Lee jeans for over 20 years. Lee has the best fit for me ,if it is 99% cotton. 70% cotton is not the fit for me. Too much stretch that I do not need. I am constantly searching for a 99% cotton jean that will fit like Lee used to fit.. Please bring back the 99% cotton jean for those of us who have been loyal customers.

I have bought the same style of Lee relaxed fit jeans for more than 20 years. Now the fabric has changed and it is some sort of stretch material which is very unflattering. I thought I would try the website to see if I can order the old fabric jeans but looks like the answer is no. I have not worn another brand in all those years but it looks like I will have to. Please, please reconsider bringing back the old fabric or at least give us an option to purchase these great jeans with the old fabric. Thank you.

These jeans are truly relaxed fit, however the rise was so high the waistband was up around my ribs. They are not straight leg, more like a boot cut. They were also too long. I washed them in hot water and dried on hot but they did not shrink. They did hold their shape and the fabric was very good. Not a good buy for me.

I've worn Lee relaxed fit jeans for years because I liked the quality and they were the best fit for me. But now, they've changed the material. It's thinner and stretchy! Relaxed fit doesn't mean stretchy. This new material feels odd to wear, more like polyester. Very disappointed in the change. PLEASE bring back the previous material, or I will be looking for a new brand!

This is my second pair of Relaxed Fir Straight Leg jeans from Lee. I loved the first pair but the second pair fit tight (both the same size)and the quality of the material feels liner. I was not happy with my second pair.

It is a shame that the real denim that used to be available (the nice thick stuff we had when we were kids) is now unavailable to women. We are relegated to this cheap, thin, stretch denim that bears little resemblance to good old fashioned blue jeans. More evidence of America in decline.

I used to by the Lee jeans relaxed fit bootcut, then those disappeared. I settled for the Lee's jean relaxed straightleg, now they changed the fabric. It is very uncomfortable & nevers softens. I am not sure how long they last, because I just don't wear them much. Come on, Lee, go back to the 99% cotton. PLEASE!

These are not the Relaxed Fit Straight Leg Jeans I purchased so many of in the past. Please get rid of the polyester. I don't mind the 1% spandex as it helps the jeans hold their shape, but the polyester is hot and uncomfortable and stiff. It makes them look like 'mom jeans'.

"I have worn Lee jeans for many years. Please let me know when you go back to the original jeans. I do not like the stretch jeans. I wear the relaxed, at the waist, long length jeans, which are almost impossible to find. I like my jeans. Don't forget us." This type of jean could be available too under a different title at least give us a choice!

So disappointed to find that Lee has ruined my favorite all-time jeans. Not only have they taken away the attractive flat fell seaming down the outer leg and pocket stitching details but now they are made of some ugly, uncomfortable and unrealistic material nothing like denim. Please, denim jeans are traditionally cotton and they fade and look like cotton, not cheap polyester that can never duplicate authentic denim. I will no longer purchase this brand.

Why can't women have cotton? These jeans keep changing and not for the better. They were 100% cotton for years, then 99% cotton with 1% spandex, now they'll cotton polyester. Not really jeans at all. The more spandex and poly, the more they change shape and shrink. You can wear a pair of cotton jeans for 3-4 days. You can only wear these for a short day and they sag.
