As far as letting your designers and developers know how to improve this product offering, you should allow the customer to choose from the different insoles that you have developed, more customizable is more desirable. I have high arches and the goga mat is flat, so I had to make a separate purchase at another store in order for these shoes to work for me. Although I looked through all of the Skechers offerings, I could not find the style of shoe that I wanted, with the style of insole that I wanted.

Haven't worn them but once. They seems very comfortable. Although they do run about a half size too small. I had to buy thinner socks to wear with them. Other than that, so far they are fine.

I need more support for my ankles. I have a difficult time finding shoes or sneakers that are comfortable and stylish. The style and fit of my new purchase are both.

I bought these because I had some in a different color from last year, the fit is great but unfortunately, the mauve color is much more purple than what I was wanting. I wanted a more pink color, these were more lilac. Will be returning, but hopefully the other colors will be available in my size because shoes were amazing on my last trip to Disneyland, 5 days of walking and still so comfy!

The shoes fit well enough and were comfortable, but they offer very little arch support. And the back of the sole portion is pretty slick, not much ridging or roughness of the sole there. It could be slick going down steps or in the rain. I have an earlier version of Skechers Go Walk shoes and they are a little grippier on the sole. Both the older version of this shoe and the newer one have very little arch support. I'm considering putting in an orthotic to remedy that. They are very comfortable though and require no "getting used to" or break-in period.

I love these so far. Unfortunately, there is NO arch support. I've been trying to wear without. They seem super comfy it's just my muscles are getting used to them. I'm keeping them so that says something.

I am a big walker. I have been wearing Skechers for approximately 2 years and have work through 3 pairs. I attribute this to the amount of miles I walk, not the sneakers. This pair has been more difficult to break in than my previous pairs. Many blisters!! Also, the tongue slides to the side and cause discomfort a d i have to keep adjusting. I just bought another pair, hoping for better luck!!

The shoe fits comfortably and has great cushioning and shock absorption, but it doesn't have arch support or the proper construction to be a real "walking" shoe. A walking shoe should have good arch support and rock the foot in a forward motion -- this is completely flat on the inside. I like Skechers and wish they would make an athletic shoe that wasn't just a well cushioned fashion sneaker. I have to add store-bought arch supports to these.

The shoes were good. They had a buy one get one half off in the store. They didn't have my size so it had to be ordered and shipped to me. They would not honor the buy one get one half off because they had been done wrong before. It wasn't my fault they didn't have my size and it had to be ordered so I was done wrong and will NOT be buying from them again. I can go to other stores and get taken care of properly!!!

Bought 8.5med in Navy/Pink and liked the colors. But was narrow and the left shoe was shorter than I can wear. The outsoles were not as stable as I need as I have foot and leg issues Must return.
