The size was tts but one shoe fit fine and one shoe was so stretched out it was flopping off my foot. They also came in a generic box and were just thrown in there. Obviously I’m returning them but I will buy different pair of 7 1/2.

ordered two sizes and both were too short and too narrow. I would size up an entire size. extremely tight across the toes. Felt very narrow even ordering a size up.

I was very excited to receive this pair of shoes. The shoe fit true to size and width (medium width). The issue I had with the shoe was that the plastic straps across the toes dug into my toes making the shoe uncomfortable, and unfortunately I had to return them. Otherwise this is a very cute and versatile shoe.

Beautiful shoe, but had to return because they were incredibly narrow and sizing up (which usually tends to work for me) did not in this case. The vinyl is unforgiving- no stretch- so the fit needs to be very good.

Very pretty shoe was too shirt and narrow for my size 11 foot. Sadly gad to return it.

They ran true to size on me. 7M. No issues with the straps and I have a bunions, high arches and high instep. Perhaps the length of our toes makes the fit vary so differently? ( mine are short) Love the look of the shoe but there is no arch support and I felt my toes curling to help keep them on while walking. My foot wanted to slide out. Must be the slope of the shoe. If not for those issue I would have purchase in two colors. Returning.

Poor fit for my feet. I wear Medium width but my feet tend toward the wide end of Medium. This shoe is so narrow that my foot couldn't get fully into it. A good 1.5-2 inches of the forefoot was left empty with my heel hanging over the edge.

Plastic is very tight and uncomfortable.

A nice shoe but the toe strap is much too narrow. It is supposed to be a B width but I could not get the front of my feet through so had to rate the shoe down.

One strap on left foot larger than right. Shoe kept slipping off.

The straps were uncomfortable to me. They did not hit my narrow foot right. I slid forward too much.

I have these in two colors and love them!! These are so wide. My feel slip right through them.

Was delivered shoes in a generic brown box that had obviously been worn before with scuff marks on the soles and sticker residue from a removed sticker. Will be returning.

Way too small

Size was so strange. Way too small across the toes but way too large across the mid section of my foot. Didn't even arrive in a shoe box--just rattling around an Amazon box. Also one shoe looked dirty on the footbed as though it had been worn.

Zappos must charge full price for defective merchandise. The right shoe and left shoe strap sizes did not match at all. The right ankle strap was at least 1/2-3/4” longer than the left.

I’m so upset. These must be seconds. The top strap by the ankle was not the same size on each show. The right foot was longer than the left.

Terrible - I have a normal size 5 foot (more narrow than normal and definitely not “thick”. These did not fit. Typically I have trouble with them being too big both in size and in thickness (between strap and my foot). These are super small, literally hurt at straps (bottom across toes) and are at least 1/2 size too small. I ignored the advice to size up because I thought it was just general public not me lol. Boy, was I wrong! These are super tiny! Loved the shoe so wondering if it’s worth the size up to try.

TERRIBLE! DON'T KNOW WHERE ALL THE "COMFORTABLE" REVIEWS CAME FROM, BUT THE PLASTIC STRAP EDGES ARE SHARP AND CUT INTO THE TOP AND SIDES OF YOUR FEET!
