140 lbs, 5 "4" ordered both a size M and a size L. I love them both. They are equally comfortable. Somedays you want a little more compression and somedays a little less is all that is needed. What I like most is how smooth the fabric is. I will definitely be ordering more of these undies. These are MUCH more comfortable than that famous brand!!!!!!!!

It was OK. I’ve worn this brand in the hipster and it came to just under my belly button a couple inches. I loved those. But I could only find them in the brief style, so I tried them and they came up over my belly button about 3”. Ridiculous looking. And peek from my jeans. Does anyone know where I can find Miracle Suit light in hipsters? ?

Don’t waste your money! I wore these for the first time yesterday and was continually tugging at the waist as it kept rolling down. I do carry extra weight in my stomach, so if you’re flat as a washboard these may work for you. I ordered my regular size and they were not too tight nor too loose. They were comfortable if you stood completely still, but I can’t wear them and spend all day tugging at the waste. Very disappointed!
