I've been using the Timberland Pro Radius Comp Toe Athletic Work Sneakers for a few weeks now, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. These sneakers combine the comfort of athletic shoes with the safety features needed for a demanding work environment.

dope shoe, i like how they look on me. I got a half size under because i dont like how my previous shoes look all long on my foot when i was wearing them. i use these for working and for riding my motorcycle and they look good. Hard to tell that they are composite toe and that was what i was aiming for. i walk just fine and can even run with them on. The shoes look good in boot cut pants and shorts!

Very comfortable foot plate on the shoe. I was able to walk on cushion for long work days. The shoe was too narrow. I was forced to return pair because composite foot plate cut into my pinky toe.

The arch support and insoles were not up to standard, and I had to purchase separate insoles to make up for it.

Very comfortable and durable. Way too warm for indoor work but I'm sure they'd be good for outdoor use. I work at Amazon and my feet cook in these.

These were a huge upgrade for me compared to my last pair. They're extremely comfy and breathe really well especially for my line of work.

Fit good but after 3 hours rubbed raw on the back of my heal. Low top may be the way to go

I wish I would have ordered a wider pair. They are tight in the metatarsal area if your feet are wider than normal. If in doubt choose one width size larger.

It fit perfect as a 7 in men, material is great as well the cushion was soft and gel pad was comfortable the only thing for me was my left foot from the upper middle top hurt my ankle but the right foot did not. Every foot is different. Other then that i would of kept them. I did not want to return them. Maybe for you it wont.

These boots are comfortable for walking, but a little snug getting on and off. They really fit like a sneaker. When you wear them with a thicker insulated sock, they can be a little snug. I walk on concrete all day, so I don't need a heavy lug sole, and these boots have a nice walking sole.

If you wear a 10 D-Medium in Nike or Adidas, I suggest a 9 E-Wide in these Timberland Pro’s

I love the style and fit. But.. the boots started with a squeak noisy and the heel part of the insoles gave up a little too fast after 2 months of use. I'm a 5'9" 225lbs maintenance worker. But overall the boots are great. But the insoles should by different.

I'm an intern working as Quality engineer , I need something which suits in the office as well as manufacturing shop floor. I feel comfortable and effortless (less weight compared to others ) all day one the shop floor and looks good on office environment as well .I will consider to smaller size than my actual size next time.

I got these because I wanted something comfortable that was easy to get on and off. They are comfortable but not narrow enough. They are not very stylish either. When I wear them, I feel like I have on oversized slippers.

One thing I'm finding in Timberlands is that there's no guesswork in the sizing, what fits in this size for this shoe, fits on that size with a different shoe. Which is a good thing. Overall these are pretty good. Even on days when I'm standing most of my 10 hour day, I was still ok, not great, but ok; after the 3rd day in a row of standing, I was miserable. Idk, maybe if I could have 3 pairs of these same shoes so I can rotate and not compress them down day after day... And they are not waterproof, so that still leaves me looking for other boots to have for swapping per weather. If you're indoors, I guess you won't care. Walking good, standing on concrete so-so.

I have not worn these for my 12 hour shift yet but straight out of the box VERY comfortable. I do have a slight slip in the heel. I wouldn't say go down a size. For me from 12 to 11.5. The foam feels quite soft and from my experience with Sketchers having soft foam is it breaks down relatively quick. That is my concern. I hope Timberland reigns supreme. Great look too I should add.

Shoes are lighter and feel more like a regular pair of sneakers than most of the other safety shoes I've tried. Insoles give a lot of support and still respond with bounce after months of wear

Some other person in the comments mentioned that they usually wear a size 11W but their feet were swimming in a 11W of this shoe and returned them for a regular 11. I am here to state that this was incorrect for me. I usually wear a 11W but bought a 11 based on that review. My feet are squished in this shoe and I should have bought a 11W. I wore the shoes in a restaurant environment so I cannot return them unfortunately.
The shoes themselves are very light and the soles are very soft with a nice cushion. I think that they would have worked out nicely for me and I am on my feet for 8-10 hour days on hard concrete floors all day.

Shoe seems to run a bit big on the size. I had to drop a half size for proper fit. However - if used with a heavy sock - closer to actual size. Sole had a good non-slip feel. Sufficient padding and good arch support. Nice build quality and weight. Will plan to update this review after a month or two of wear.
