This shoe had an excellent arch support which I needed due to my plantar fasciitis but unfortunately is was a half size too big. I normally wear a size 9 but I should have ordered an 8 1/2. The wide width was perfect though.

The first time I wore these, I walked all over a mall for two hours and they were very comfortable. No issues, no blisters, no pain. They are fashionable but also perfectly cover my bunion, which is rare for a sandal. I also wore these on vacation and walked a LOT without an issue. They felt true to size (I had the 8 wide). Totally love these, and since it’s very hard to find wide summer shoes that cover my bunions, it’s worth the price.

Beautiful shoes. The leather is really special. Foot bed is comfy..but the heel is too wide for me. Does not look right on my foot. I used to wear narrows but now order mediums as I've developed arthritis and a bunion. So sad to return...but my foot does not do these justice.

Loved the shoe, very comfortable but a little long. I'm ordering 1/2 size shorter.

I think that I still need to order a 1/2 Size down. The ONLY thing that did not work is the Top Strap as it presses on my Tendon. There is another Halsa Sandal with 3 straps across the foot (and maybe I can keep the upper strap a bit looser). I plan to order both a 7 1/2 and an 8 because it is hard to tell which might fit with the Halsa Sandal. In terns of sizing: IF you wear Vionic Sandals - I suggest you order the same size as you wear with Vionics.

I love all the Halsa sandles I have tried. I had to send this pair back because they were too wide for my A narrow foot. The other 2 pair of Halsa sandles that I have purchased I was able to tighten the straps and that worked and the didn't look bulky, but this pair was bulky and didn't look or feel good on my narrow foot. HALSA sandles are beautiful, well made and the leather is wonderful. I wish they would also make narrows.

I could tell these had been returned before as the shoe box was messy and the velcro on right shoe was pulled off shoe on top strap. the velcro on these shoes is very very good but so good that it pulls the bottom of from the way it is sewed. I tried on the left shoe and barley attached velcro and it was so firmly attached that I had to hold the bottom part down so it would pull away like the right shoe. Really nice shoe but too expensive to have fall apart. Size 8 1/2 was right on perfect.

I ordered a Size 8 and it was HUGE.....but when I was preparing to Print my Return Label I saw that there was a MISTAKE in shipping: The Box says: Size 8 1/2. However, this seems BIG even for an 8 1/2 which I often wear. I think this is "True to size" compared to HOW they Measure your FOOT. In a Vionic: I am a 7 1/2. In the Original Chaco: I am a Size 7 In SAS Sandals ("Relax"); I am a 7 1/2 For ALL other shoe brands - usually an 8 1/2. This Halsa Sandal has REAL potential: 3 adjustable straps, I firm but responsive outer sole. I will have to read up on what the "pods" or different colored triangles DO that are on the outer rubber of Sole Bottom. I will be getting a Size 8 (but might have to go down to a 7 1/2 ONLY based on how BIG the 8 1/2 looks).

Very comfortable sandals from the get go.

This is the fourth pair of these sandals I've bought at various places (in different colors) because they are the most supportive yet cushy ones I've found. I've walked/hiked miles in them. Though I found the ones that Zappos carries aren't quite as cushy as ones I've bought at a local store. They do run a full size larger..so though I usually wear a size 8, I bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are great! I bought them to wear to Greece where I planned to walk all day and I didn’t want to wear sneakers. For multiple days in a row I walked over 20k steps a day and I did not have a single blister. I would recommend these and I would buy them again!

I am very pleased with this pair of shoes. I like the Velcro in all 3 straps, making it very adjustable. I like how wide the first strap is- it “hides” my bunions without putting strain on it. The arch support is just right.

They fit perfectly and were completely comfortable right out of the box. Definitely keepers.

I just received a pair of Halsa Denia Sandals as a gift. They are, without a doubt, the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. They're so light, it's like walking on air. The size is true, and a medium fits my wide foot. I like that they're completely adjustable, as sometimes I wear socks or leotards and require a little more give. The craftsmanship is first rate. I look forward to wearing these for a long time and I appreciate that I have other colors from which to choose. This is the first review I've ever written, that's how impressed I am!

These are completely adjustable In the foot bed is amazingly comfortable. And very sleek. For the price, I think they are some of the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned. They feel great right out of the box, no break-in needed, and have great support that is quite comparable to brands like Finn Comfort, for less than a third of the price. Amazing! Will definitely have this brand on the top of my shopping list!

Feels like walking on clouds - super supportive all around, especially heel area. Color goes with everything from casual day at work to beach.

I can’t ever recall, in all my 73 years, putting on a pair of shoes or sandals that didn’t cause some sort of foot pain or discomfort. These Halsa Denia sandals were amazing. I walked 12 city blocks and my feet didn’t hurt! I have large feet (11 WW) with bunions and I found this sandals to be extremely comfortable, with good arch support. I thought they were nice-looking too.

My feet are picky but they really like these sandals. I bought the red version and they look stylish as well as comfortable.

The heel is quite wide.

I would have loved this shoe, as it was very comfortaable; however, as other reviewers mentioned, even when tightening the heel strap as much as possible, there was still too much room in the heel and my foot was able to slide slightly sideways.

Felt very comfortable, but after wearing, decided the toe strap looks a touch boxy and "geriatric/sensible" for my taste.

These sandals would be perfect except that the top strap presses in a really weird and very uncomfortable way across the top of my foot. No matter how I adjust the strap, I can't make it bearable enough to walk in. It's a shame, because otherwise I love these. The inside of the leather straps is very soft -- I wish all sandals were like that. The footbed has support and is quite comfortable. I wish they'd just fix that top strap -- I'd buy these in multiple colors.

Based on other reviews I purchased my "true" size, they are generous. The shoe is well made and quite stylish. I tried them around the house and was hoping for them to feel great. I have many foot issues and after a short period of time I had to take them off. Too much pressure on the ball of my feet. I think I am looking for a needle in a haystack. If you need a firm sole, lightweight sandal that adjust at all Velcro points this is for you. Sadly, I am returning them as they just don't feel right to my feet..
