I love the neutral color of this shoe. I always buy an 8.5 in Skechers and it's funny that the sizing is different for each style, it seems, because I've bought many a Skecher similar to this cute casual shoe. The Cleo 2.0, Love Spell, is so curved in the heel that it digs into the back of my heel at the edge. I have to wear a band aid on each foot in order to make it through the day! I'm not sending these back because of the hassle but I'd much rather have tried them on in the store first; I probably wouldn't have bought them for that reason.

These are the first shoes I've come across that are too small. I always wear a size 8, but I had to go half a size up and the 8.5 fits me just fine. However, they are comfortable in all ways but one. The back heel part pinches my skin and causes irritation. I have to wear Band-Aids on the back of my heels to prevent blisters. Using Band-Aids works for the most part but it is unfortunate that I have to use them every time I wear these shoes, and sometimes have to put on new Band-Aids halfway through the day. They're very cute shoes and have such potential, but the fit is so off it's strange. I don't think I can return now that they're worn, but I won't be purchasing again.

Tried on in store. Loved the fit on my wide foot! However, wearing them for one hour my right big toe was hurting. Also the shoe is high at the back of my heel and rubs raw. Can't return worn shoes.

These seems comfortable at first but the heel part is made of very hard material instead of being stretchy so it rubs above the heel a lot.

So the backs totally dig in the top of my heel and hurt really bad. I am trying to figure out how to make them more comfortable. For now I have been avoiding them or wearing a bandaid and taking them off most of the day around the office. Youch!

I was so disappointed after buying the same style in the mocha color. That one was SO comfortable. The black one rubs at the back of my heel. I hope I can break it in. It's hard to understand why the same style wouldn't feel the same in two colors.

I love e the look of this shoe but I had to return it. It was sec to be a wide width, but in reality it was simply stretchy. A wide shoe needs a wide sole, and this didn't have one. My foot simple oozed over the edges, which would be very uncomfortable over time. I am disappointed.

These shoes are cute and go with every outfit but don't wear them if you have to walk. I've had them a few years and the back part still causes blisters. So much so that I cannot wear them.

Back part of shoe is too high. It rubed the back of my heal within minutes.

I wore them once to the grocery store, and was limping and bleeding from a blister by the end. No idea why they changed the back of the shoe to come up so high and rub a stiff point directly into the ankle. I had a thrift store pair that was the most comfortable flat I'd ever owned. I pray they'll break in because I can't afford anything else to replace them now. Thinking of trying to melt and mold them or something but shouldn't have to. Bleh.

wore once with inserts. haven't worn since as they are not confortable.

I was surprised that a Skechers product would be so uncomfortable. I am looking for the fashionable yet softer fabric that was offered in the past. Unfortunately, I haven't found it at Skechers.

I wear a size 11 wide. Bought these in 11 medium. They slip off with every step. Definitely not safe to wear walking but sometimes I wear to work because I sit all day. Wish I had returned for a 10

I wanted them for travel to have a light shoe I could pack and wear w/a skirt to dress up for dinner. If you made them in half sizes (along with/ the wide widths) they would have been perfect.

I love the look, but they rub my heels/feet incessantly. I've had them for 4 months and keep wearing them to break them in and it's so painful. Tried band-aids, pads, everything. Wish I could return.
