I bought these for my wife as she has a latex allergy and the description stated that the out sole was 100% synthetic materials. Unfortunately, when they arrived, the smell from the box, when opened nearly caused an asthmatic attack. The sticker on the sole was for natural materials, and she acid tested them by rubbing the sole across her leg, where it welted up severely within a few minutes. I don’t know where the descriptions come from, but we called Sketchers directly, where they informed us that these do contain natural rubber latex. If the reactions had been any worse, she would have needed an Epi-pen and trip to the ER!

These were so very comfortable. I've tried finding them again but I guess they're no longer in stock.

Before i got these my feet hurt everyday after work- they made such a huge difference! The higher top works well for me because i have thin ankles and low tops tend to slip off easily. These are slip resistant and last a long time. I will keep looking for this type of style.

Good Like the fit and comfort

I was skeptical because these shoes feel so light and don’t seem very padded, BUT, i wore them for an eight hour shift and my feet felt great the whole day and after work too! Wore them the very next day and same result. My feet and ankles and so much happier now. These fit very true to size- only needed to loosen the laces a little to get them on the first time. I will definitely buy again.

My regular walking shoes have been causing severe ankle pain, so I opted to try try Skechers. My actual size is 10 to 10.5 narrow, and these fit perfectly. They are lightweight and nice looking. These are the first Skechers that did not run small. The ankle support seems perfect. Hope I can continue to buy this style. People with medium or wide feet would find them too narrow, but on my feet they are perfect. Thanks, Zappos.

This is the second pair like this & the second color. The first fit & felt wonderful so I bought the second pair. They are the same & I really appreciate the fit, feel & comfort that these shoes have given me. I work on my feet all day & I have a hard time finding shoes that give me the comfort that these have. Thank you.

My new shoes fit perfectly and were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I am sure I will be ordering another pair in another color.

I thought these were really cute hiking boots and very comfortable, I wore them for a very long hike and the toe started to pull away from the shoe. Very disappointedI If you only need these for leisure hiking and are not going to be doing anything intense, they should be fine. They are very lightweight and comfortable, just not meant for more rugged terrain.
