What attracted me to these slippers is the solid construction. I was preparing to have a hip replaced and needed a sturdy shoe, but also wanted all-day comfort of a slipper. I found what i was looking for in these slippers. Great to work from home in as well.

I wear mine constantly. Whether as a slipper or a slide on moccasin you will be satisfied. The sole is incredibly comfortable and perfect for all day wear.

My parents used to shop at L. L. Bean all the time, and I always wore something from here when I was little! Some hard years later, we stopped buying fancier clothes. However, things have been back to how they used to be. I started to make the shift to wearing L. L. Bean again. However, my dad was a bit on the fence. He needed new slippers since he lost one. He did not want to buy slippers for $75 again. However, my mom and I convinced him since he never buys stuff for himself, only items for my mom and me. He was so glad when he got these slippers in the mail! He truly adores them! The color Dark Oakwood is prettier in real life than how it looks on the website. He and I bonded when I helped him order these because I adore shoes! Who knew ordering slippers would become a fond memory?!? Thank you, L. L. Bean!

I bought these for my husbands birthday. He absolutely fell in love with them. The quality is amazing and he said they are the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn.

Yeah, I like these! Although a little hot for Louisiana summers, I'm thinkin winter may show this year and they will be just fine. Cofortable, good grip, nice lining. stylish.

Good. They are a little more like light shoes. The soles are hard but lining is comfortable. The construction of the slipper is excellent, the tongue firmly attached and overstitched. The top and toe again is well constructed and secure. A month in, when normally slippers would have given up the ghost, these are still in "like new" condition.

Bought the black in size 11. Buying a second pair to have on hand. Fits like perfect 11 with socks. I am sure as the pile lining breaks down, they will loosen a little bit. Absolutely the best part of this slipper is the firm sole. Support more like a shoe than a slipper. I hate it when moccasin style slippers get wonky after a season and your foot moves around in them especially side to side. These definitely look like they won't do that. Should be much safer walking around the house. If you like a slipper with more foot stability, these are the ones for you.

Got these for my husband. He loves them! Great fit and comfort.

Didn't have 1/2 sizes so went one size up - a bit big -- but fine as slippers (easy off/on). Been wearing about a month now - outside/inside -excellent comfort. Treads are great - enough sole & tread to go outdoors - BUT - doesn't bring a lot of the dirt/outdoors back in the treads to the house. Definitely would buy same pair again.

Amazingly comfortable. I bought two pairs. One as my slippers and the second as a loafer. I removed the fur insert and added a regular insoles.

This is my 2nd pair, but the 1st pair lasted for years! Warm and cozy and can wear them all year; inside or out. :)

Soft and comfortable, this easy on, easy off slipper/shoe is good looking and easy to love. Typical size worn is 12, size ordered = 12, should have ordered 1/2 size smaller, but so comfortable that i kept them.
