Ordered size 11. My standard size. Shoes were made in Myanmar. They were definitely marked size 11, but we're both so short that my toes curled. Estimate they were 2-3 sizes too small. Lesson learned. Don't buy shoes without trying them on.

I was so excited to try this new slipper. Within two weeks it has gone from size 9 to size 10 probably. I wish I could have my money back or a smaller size.

Returned. The right one was too big & the left too small. Both were labeled as size 11. I assume the mismatch was a manufacturing defect. I'd order another pair but I'm not sure which of these was the size I ordered, if either. I've had several pairs of the Wicked slippers and they've all fit fine.

I was happy with these at first; looked sturdy & felt the same; I am not a heavy person either. They have stretched beyond my Size to the point where I almost trip; I'm not sure what to buy now...& I bought one half size smaller than my Shoe size too. Im very disappointed in the lack of Quality. My Photos cant really show the lack of Quality cause they look ok, yet feel very loose; the soles have not worn much either; again, they look ok, yet are not...I'll be returning when I can.

Very stiff, fit okay in the store but made my feet sore within 24 hours. I will say that the return was made very easy by the store's employee.

I didn't expect these slippers to stretch as much as they did. I bought size 8 and now it feels like a size 9. Does LL Bean still have the satisfaction guarantee? I'd like to give them back.

Second pair. Both suffered from same problems. So, they didn't bother to rectify problem. There is a white rubber material that wears out of the interior heel material , after the plush felting wears away, eaving you to walk in a house slipper with crud under your feet. Like walking with rocks in your Crocs. Long before the rubber sole material even thinks about starting to wear. Only 3 yrs. 3mos. old. LL should eliminate this interior rubber material, it's useless.

I have bought this style slippers from LLBean for years for my husband. This pair came and each slipper was made completely differently. I sent them back for exchange with no problems but the gross difference between right and left slipper is impossible to miss. I'm surprised they made it in to the box without someone noticing.

Let me start by saying I am a loyal LL Bean customer and will continue to purchase their fine products, however, these slippers are a disappointment. I am a true size 11, they are marked as a size 11, but this slipper is HUUUUUGE!! falls off my feet even with thick socks. Very wide as well. I'm sure that if it fit correctly, my feet would be warmer! Sorry but would not recommend this particular product.

I bought a pair in men's size since they didn't come in women's, and liked them enough to get a second pair to have in reserve. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter the first pair started to come apart in the lining, while outer shoe, where one would expect wear, seemed ok. I then started to wear the second pair and within a few months, the lining started to come apart , too. There is lining layer almost like tissue paper binding the thin fleece to shoe. I haven't worn either pair for a few months , but my husband had some surgery so I wasn't able to go to the store with them until now which is 15 months later, rather than 12. However, I checked at he holidays when I bought some items at a Bean pop up, and the sales person said I shouldn't have a problem since that shouldn't happen so soon, and was very helpful . Not so at the store when I went today. There was no acknowledgment that this shouldn't happen to two pairs, esp. with the outer shoe's condition making it clear the second pair of slippers hadn't been worn much. I also don't were them in the summer!
Despite less than a year of actual wear, and the identical defect in two pairs, LLBean refused to return either, or make any adjustment, and claimed normal wear and tear. A shoe at this price should have a life of wear beyond a year and in this case not even a year of actual use. Very disappointing that Bean no longer stands by its product, and I am a long time customer who has not written a poor review before.

Have had these for 1.5yrs now. My everyday in-house footwear. Well built. ONE MAJOR FAIL. For which I'll grade this as POOR product. Top edge of inner heel of flocked liner material wears out quickly. Apparently, there is a also white rubber waterproof membrane/liner between leather outer and flocked liner. After the liner wears away, this exposes the already crumbling rubber. Bits of which break off during wear and filter into bottom of slipper shoe all day. Constantly fishing out these foreign objects out of heel area. Maddening frustrating. So, this is a DESIGN FAIL. I see no reason to have a rubber liner. The flocked liner fails at heel too quickly - well before the leather outer and rubber sole - rendering the whole pair useless to me. And, the leather at the back of the top edge of inner heel is also now wearing out because the flocked liner is gone. NOT "LLBean" quality. Could easily have doubled up the leather at this heavy wear point of the footwear, IMO. Would upload photos, except that LLwebsite is too stingy on size.

My dad needed slippers without the ties as they are a tripping hazard. We thought these would be it but within less than a week the stitching around the top was coming apart much like another reviewer showed in a photo. This is the second L.L. Bean product we have had to return recently for poor quality (expensive flannel pajamas with excessive lint shedding problem). So sad to see that quality is being sacrificed at L.L.Bean.

after 2 weeks of wear, the stitching came apart. The customer service rep in the Dedham, MA store initially refused to give me a refund claiming wear and tear is not cause for a refund. She eventually relented. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she'd didn't initially notice that i placed the order online only three weeks before.

Was very disappointed in this Shoe. It doesn't work for me at all. I will be returning them. I ordered a different pair but was told they would not ship till the end of February. I had a pair of these and they worked fine.

Wonderful great feeling slipper, UNTIL I took my socks off, there is a leather heel pad, sewn in above the fleece, wouldn't be bad, but LL Bean in their quest to put their name on everything everywhere, actually etched the letters "LL BEAN" into the leather patch, feels like I'm walking on sand, just over the heel. I want to reach down to see what's in there every time I put them on. HORRIBLE DESIGN FLAW. Why do you have to put your name everywhere? It's on the outside just above the heel, but that's not enough, got to put it in the shoe as well. I SENT THEM BACK.

I was tiered of going through 1-2 pairs of slippers a year. In the past I've always bought cheap slippers online or at the big box store. I was tiered of throwing slippers in the landfill. So I decided to buy what I thought was going to be a high quality pair from LL Bean, that I assumed would last a lot longer. Was I wrong they started falling apart about 30 days in, and after 45 days the top is falling splitting making it hard to use with out tripping. These slippers cost 3 times what I would normally buy, but they lasted a fraction of the time.
