Put these on and in about 30 minutes I knew I made a good choice! I was concerned (and still am) about the width as I would normally wear an 11.5/W but after agonizing about it, I tried the 12/D (widths are not offered). My only concern now is the quality and integrity of the shoe. Seems there has been a bit of concern regarding the construction in the review section. So far, I am very happy and the quality doesn't seem questionable to me.

My bride ordered for Christmas. Used size 12 as recommended by shoe dealer. Fit great. Very comfortable. Warm. Looks to be a long lasting sole.

This slipper is warm and comfortable. The quality of the leather is excellent. I would definitely buy it again.

These slippers are great for both indoor and outdoor use. The fit is a little narrow, but they soon stretch ( as it says on the label !) so that's OK. Well made and durable.

over many years, now have pair in camper, at camp, in travel bag, pair to slip on when taking out the trash and now a new pair for in the house. They work and wear so well I have a hard time saying they need to be tossed but as they get ratty they get demoted to a less used location.

My husband loved the slippers but had to return and get one size larger than normal. Liked the dark brown color versus his usual tan color.

This pair was a gift for my son replacing his worn out ones that I gave him three years ago. He never takes them off at home and had worn holes completely through the soles. Conform nicely to a custom fit, soft leather and not too hot for inside. Classics in every way.

I buy these periodically as a Christmas gift for my son's father-in-law. He tells me they are THE most comfortable slippers ever and he wears them constantly - to his golf club, out with the dog, to run errands. If his wife would allow it, he'd wear them to work at the bank! They're very good looking, durable and made of high quality materials. Even with constant wear, I usually have to wait to give as a holiday gift because they last so long. If you're looking for quality, durability, utility and style at a great price, these are the "slippers" for you.

These slippers are the 4th or 5th pair I have bought my husband over the years. He loves them. They are super comfortable, nice looking and wear really well. He usually gets 2 to 3 years of wearing them almost everyday until its time to replace them. He would definitely recommend these slippers. Great price for the quality.

I read many of the reviews which were very helpful. Since they did not have 1/2 sizes and I am always a 9.5, the dilemma was whether a 9 or 10 would work best. I found the 9's fit best and they stretched after wearing a bit to form a great fit. I do agree with other reviewers that the interior flannel is thin and probably will be the weakest part of the slipper. They are very comfortable and am happy with the purchase.

Nice product, very comfortable, purchased my third pair. They held up well over time. After a year, the stitching on my first pair came loose and the sole on the second pair has peeled off the toe area on both slippers but still wearable after 2 years despite wearing them outdoors.

I buy these for my husband for Christmas every other year and have done so for the past 6 years. After about 2 years the inner lining starts to wear down. The sole and other part of the slipper remains in great shape. He definitely gives these slippers a workout. He wears them inside the house, in the garage and even outside on the patio or driveway. I consider him rough on them but they hold up well. They are comfortable and warm without making his feet sweat. Great purchase. Great slipper

Have had many of these slippers over the years. Very pleased with them, no reason to change. Only buy new ones because the flannel lining wears out.

I've been buying these slippers for my brother for over 15 years. He lets me know when he needs a new pair and I send them to him for his birthday! The purple moccasin slippers were available for my sister in law. They are too cute and she loves them. Thank you llbean!

Keep my feet warm without getting them sweaty. Great quality. I expect I'll be wearing them for years.

Have used them for years.Unbelievable what I put them thru.Very durable.I was disappointed that the fleece lined ones were not in the catalogue.In the winter they are good for my neuropathy.Very warm.

I have 2 pairs since I wanted a spare incase this model is ever unavailable at L.L.Bean. These slippers are so well-made and strong that they held up very well during physical therapy that involved walking outside and on the sidewalk.
