This item is listed as delivered. It was not. Apparently, the deliveryperson left it in a public place, and it was stolen. I reported this to Zappos by telephone, and I will receive a credit. In the future, Zappos should have the deliveryperson ring the customer's doorbell and/or deliver the item to the customer's apartment door. It should not be left in a public space where it can be stolen.

I have used the hand sewn moccasins for decades, but they were now replaced with these- I have to say I do like them. The toe is wider, the lining is soft and the sole is non slip and pretty water proof- They are very comfortable as my "inside" show.

Everything was a good fit. The only negative comment is the color ON LINE did NOT match what I ordered . There are only three colors and I picked the lightest ! It is NOT like the picture on your Zappos site so it was MISLEADING.
It was only kept because of the fit but color was very dark and very MISLEADINGLY INDEED !

Quality merchandise! If you're tired of products that look cheap and are of poor quality, shop LL Bean! These slippers are the best! My husband is on his 3rd pair in our 15 year marriage. He wears them everyday and without fail, the quality is never compromised. Thanks LL Bean for the consistency in your exceptional product.
