Superior product. On my 3rd pair - replace every 2-3 years. They do not really wear out, just age. I use an air pillow insole for comfort and to prolong life, but not necessary. I wear sie 9 1/2 shoe, so ordered size 10. Perfect fit.

Going on 63 and these are the most comfortable slippers I've ever owned!

The slippers are well constructed and have a nice fit. Excellent for cold winter nights.

This is my 3rd purchase of this comfortable, good-looking slipper. As one starts to look a bit shabby, I replace it with a shiny new one.

I have been wearing LL Bean slippers for over 20 years and usually wore the ones with the sheepskin trim. But I decided to try these and I am happy I did. The flannel lining feels great on my feet and the slipper is very comfortable and supports my foot much better. (I wear a 10 1/2 and these fit perfectly). I have definitely changed to these slippers.

Good looks,comfort, incredible value. Thinking to buy a pair sheep lined for the winter.

This is his second pair. He wears them like shoes and never takes them off. The 1st pair we got I ordered a 9 and had to send them back and get a 10. The 2nd pair I ordered a 10 and had to send them back for a 9. LLBean is so fast and no hassle it was all fine in the end. Very happy with this product!!

I've had these same slippers for about 10 years they are great. First thing they last. The ones I have now have part of the soul missing on one of them but it took ten years for that to happen . These are well worth the money for the quality.. I still wear mine around the house just can't give them up till I get a new pair they are so comfortable. I love them. I will buy a new set at some point !! Highly recommended

These are my husband's favorite slipper. They wear well, and can be used indoors or out. He has some nerve damage and these are super comfortable.

I have purchased a good number of slippers from Bean over the years. I have been impressed with the fit and quality of construction.

I have had two pair of these slippers when you offered them for women. Both pairs have holes in the sole but I still wear them even tho they are each about 15 years old. Why aren't they offered for women?? The uppers are fine but I need new soles. Help!!! I love these slippers. Please offer them again.

I loved my first pair of slippers literally to death. I patched the flannel with moleskin after a few years, then added a CVS gel insole, but when the sole wore through after about 10 years, it was time to buy a new pair. Other reviewers have mentioned a drop in the quality, but I don't see it. The new ones appear to be just like my first pair. For the price, you cannot beat these slippers. When I am home, these are on my feet.

I have bad feet these slippers give me better support than most other slippers do.

These are my "go-to" for home slippers you can use indoors and also to walk on your driveway to the mailbox. Sole is nearly non-slip, but if there's oil and water on your surface these weren't made for every single surface imaginable. Leather lace is durable, lasting well beyond the life of the sole. Rather thick leather keeps it's shape unlike the nylon and foam variety which I think is a waste of money. These rate an "A" in my book. Family bought me the original pair and two years down the road I'm just now looking for the replacement. Only comes in dk. brown, but easily dyed black should you want them so. Don't buy your pair in size 11, because that's my size and I'll want to buy them for myself!

Love these slippers. My wife and I have worn them for years. Please bring back the women's Bison leather slippers. My wife misses them. She can no longer order them and feels that the slippers offered now are of far less quality.

my original pair had been with me for years...I wasn't sure if I could replace...but lo and behold when I received the new catalog...there they were...bought a new pair and I'm a happy camper....fantastic slipper....

I purchased these as a gift for my husband because his old slippers were so worn they had holes in them. I received them within two days and there was No Shipping charge!. They are well made with a leather upper, soft flannel lining and a waterproof sole, great for walking to the mailbox or getting the newspaper in the morning. When my husband opened the box, he said "are these slippers"? They looked so nice he could wear them as shoes for a quick trip to the convenient store.

This is a 2nd time I've worn these with great satisfaction in every regard.

I've been buying this slipper for years for my husband. He loves the comfort and the fact that he can make quick trips outside as well. The only drawback we've ever seen is that the flannel lining wears out quickly. But then, if he's home, he's wearing these slippers. Good shoe and we'll keep buying them.

Observations and Thoughts: - The leather is soft yet thick enough to inspire confidence of not wearing out in three months. - The stitching is accurate and tight, making the fit true to size and slightly tight enabling them to fit to your foot perfectly. - The sole on the bottom is robust enough to walk outside without worrying about killing them with a little dirt. However, it is still soft enough to allow you to wiggle your toes and put your feet up. - The liner is well sewn and has a small amount of padding. I have found that I compact the padding within about two months but that does not change the comfort value at all. Editorial and Personal Opinions: I wear my slippers a lot. No really, a LOT! I don't sleep with them on (LOL) but I will not wear my shoes in the house; only my slippers. As someone who spends a lot of time in these I can honestly say LL Bean's Hand-sewn Flannel-Lined Slippers are by far the best slippers I have found as far as comfort and longevity. Thankfully, the Bean keeps stocking these because I do wear through them after about two years; which is amazing considering how much I wear them. I bought a pair for a friend years ago and they are still wearing them. They really last a long time. Since they come a little snug, they conform to your feet perfectly after about a week. From then on, they are like old-school driving gloves for your feet. Hopefully I can count of the Bean not taking these out of their catalog because I will be back in a few years for more. They must be good. I keep buying the same ones over and over! You will love them.
