I put them right back in the box. Whoever determines sizes at Footjoy is severely impaired. My shoes for a size and a half too big and I returned them

This shoe top is very soft, but unfortunately does not offer any support so you cannot keep it tied tight enough. Called customer service to discuss the fit and they were more rude than helpful.

The tops of the shoes are very soft, which I thought would be a great feature. I was so wrong, it makes it to where you cannot get any support across the top and the shoe does not fit tight enough. I had to tie them 4 times each during the round just to keep my feet from sliding in them. When contacting customer service about the fit they were rude and cut me off. Definitely the last pair if Foot joys I plan on buying.

I do not like the style and fit of this shoe. The back finger loop digs into the back of my Achilles tendon. I wore them only once while playing 9 holes with a cart. I contacted Foot joy and the rep told me to box them up and send them back even though i do not have the original box. Foot Joy has an 30 day comfort guarantee. Planning on upgrading to Pro SL Carbon BOA since i own one pair all ready and they are extremely comfortable. i wanted to try a different style but am going back to what i know is comfortable. So far the customer service at Foot joy is better than expected.

Really loved the look and technology of these shoes but comfort trumps all as I wore these for a round of 18 a few days ago with low-rise ankle socks and had to keep pulling my socks up in the back as they would slip down below the back pull tag which caused painful rubbing against my ankles which eventually broke the skin! By the 4th hole I ended up having to apply athletic tape to the back of my ankles to finish my round with acceptable discomfort. It's been three days and my ankles are still itching! I'm guessing that wearing ankle high socks would solve the problem but that would seem to defeat the styling purpose of the sock design. Anyway, they're going back for a refund today and my recommendation to FootJoy is to listen, test and figure out a solution to this painful problem.

The boa system constantly loosens or unlocks frequently if you are walking the course.

The part that tightens the shoe. Broke the second time I wore them.

I had high hopes for this shoe and have been very happy with other Foot Joy shoes, but this particular shoe is unbearably uncomfortable. There is something wrong with the way the elastic band at the top of the heel is designed. I've tried going without a sock, and I've tried a short sock. I've also tried a taller sock that extends above the top edge of the heel on the shoe, and nothing keeps that band at the top of the heel from rubbing a blister on my heel. This is surprising because just about every other Foot Joy I own is very comfortable.

Cushioning is good and shoe was fairly comfortable at first but even with taller socks on, the cuff around the ankle rubbed both of my Achilles to the point of bleeding within about 30 mins and I was riding in a cart. . So, I would make sure that they fit around the ankle before wearing outside. Also they run a bit big. I went down a full size and they fit well.

Sizing is completely out of whack compared to other Footjoy shoes I own. Tab on back heel rubs, need to wear socks that cover high enough on achilles to stop it from rubbing on skin.

I returned these. The shoe folds on top of the foot. Don't care for that at all.

Due to the lack of support and the light stretchy fabric, the entire shoe torqued and twisted on the sole as I swung the club. Caused serious knee pain.. I gave them to a buddy after three rounds..

Wrong size! Says US 10 on the box but much larger than any other US 10 I currently own. Need to send them back for exchange.

I bought a size 8.5 - a size less, they are still too big. my feet slide around inside them, I have to tighten them so much that my feet really hurt. Heel isn't cupped at all so it lifts up, playing in flip flops would give the same experience. I'm hoping I can return them. The old Hyperflex were much better than these.

I purchased the Hyperflex golf shoes and they arrived with a defect on the left heal. Not glued properly. Contacted FJ customer service 4 times and no response. I will NEVER order from FootJoy again.

Just a heads up. These are awesome shoes that have just been designed poorly. The fit is amazing. The grip is perfect. But the BOA system is designed very badly with a thin nylon material holding the lines together. The very first round of golf I played the nylon holding the line together ripped off which made the shoes unable to tighten. Once they fix the issue and have a stronger nylon piece attaching the line to the shoes I will buy again. But for now I had to return them. DO NOT BIY BUY version 1 of these shoes.

When I purchased these shoes they fit great, very snug and comfortable. After two rounds of walking the shoes stretched out and now it's "blister city". Very disappointed, I liked the shoes but unless I wear 3 pairs of socks I can't wear these shoes. My advice, buy the size that you can barely get on your foot, after two rounds they will be perfect.

This particular model of Footjoy did not work out for me. Let me start by saying that I use orthotics, so I have not (and cannot) use the insoles that come with the shoe. The shoes were not comfortable for walking the course. Like another reviewer, I have unbelievable foot pane on the outside edge of my foot that lasts for a couple of days when I wear these. I have now worn them 3-4 times and I just can't do it anymore....Footjoy makes the best golf shoes in the world, but this was not a match for my feet.

Make sure to order in your correct size, the shoe runs about 1 size too big. Would not recommend wearing these shoes with low cut socks. After 6 holes walking, I noticed that the back of my heels were bloody from chaffing. Going back to my Adidas golf shoes.

Worst foot joy shoes I ever had. My heel slipped out. When I walked up hill the heel almost came out of the shoe. The shoe is so loose and flexible that my feet slide all over the place when the weather got warm. It created blisters on my toes. I've had foot joys for the past ten years. But I tell everyone about the deficiencies of this shoe

I would not recommend this product. first off I am a diehard Titleist fan and have been wearing foot joy products for the last 30 years. this is absolutely the worst shoe ever made OK maybe not the worst but the support is horrible.good luck walking in the shoe in anything except a very very very fine lie. My course is hilly and going up or down slope at an angle you better hope your ankles are taped up. Yes I have the proper size. It's just the flexibility in the tow box allows the foot the move so much that I've nearly sprained an ankle a few times. U have to be mindful and go straight up or down a slope. Comfort is fine, just no stability
