This booty is stunning in every way. I wear a 7M and these are true to size The leather is incredibly beautiful and soft. Easy in and out with the full zip. They are a little taller than a traditional booty. In tall boots I almost always wear a wide calf and these are not too snug nor are they overly loose. I have plantar fasciitis, arthritis in almost every joint including my spine and require the soft thick bottoms of over an inch but not much more than 2, and not a lot of pitch. I have a normal arch, my feet have a tendency to roll outward and with that and arthritis I require stability in footwear. These Fly London booties couldn’t be better. unless they were water-proof! Since I live in a snowy climate I guess I just have to spray protection on them myself lol. As with my other Fly London’s I expect there to last for years

These boots are stylish and a delight to own. Boots seem to be a more difficult footwear to fit properly, but these are perfect and comfortable right out of the box. They have moderate arch support but they will take a thinner-styled orthotic. I have plantar faciitis and I've been able to wear these with no flare-ups. Fly London is a great brand; quality is good and I like the fact that these soft leather boots were made in Portugal.

I loved this boot from the moment I saw it. It was comfortable right out of the box. I have plantar faciitis, but there is moderate support; I notice that my legs feel tired if I've worn them for a long period of time, but no heel pain. There is a removable insole which is extremely flimsy; the boot benefits from a cushioned liner, but if an orthopedic insert is added, the boot is too small. You would need to order up a size to accommodate, and I'm not sure that would even help with the fit. I marked down to 3 stars from 5 because the finish on the boot is already marred and rubbing off after less than a dozen wearings. So disappointing. I'm a big fan of Fly London, and I expect more from them on quality.

Gorgeous and fit perfectly. They look awesome with skirts and tights but equally great with jeans and dressier items. Fly is my favorite :).

Great looking boot; however, for the cost there is NO footbed cushion even adding a padding in still very hard. Disappointed because I really wanted to make them work. Great heel height, leather felt more like an upscale pleather than leather, zipper was okay.
