Fit and size received is correct

Love the fit, comfort and does not make your feet look big.

The 9M were a little tight. I tried the 9W and they still felt a little tight (short). The 9.5M was the best fit, although a little long in the heel.

Hands down these are the most comfortable shoes I own. They are not particularly elegant, but for casual wear you cannot do better. I love these shoes for the comfort (and warmth), and Clarks' quality.

Great fit, very comfortable. I went with the 'wide' width and a 1/2-size smaller. Worked out well.

too tight

I got this very nice leather shoe at a very deep discount which makes them even better. I was looking for a leather shoe that would work for causual or dressier apparel. I typically wear a 10W and these fit almost perfectly. The right shoe has a thread at the heel that pokes me but I think I can find a fix for it.

Quality shoe that looks nice, it ran larger than my usual size.

Like all Clarks shoes I've owned, I like it. When putting on the shoe, it's snug enough that I have to use my thumb like a shoe horn to put it on. Once the shoe is on, it's slightly loose in the heel but my foot does not come out of the shoe.

I love Clark’s and have a similar style as this shoe. It was a size 7 and fit perfectly. I literally wore them out. I ordered these as a size 7 wide and they feel about a half size too big. Love the shoe and the style but need to return for a smaller size.

I ordered these shoes in a 7.5W and an 8W. My normal size is 7.5W and I usually don't have any problem with them fitting. The 7.5W is to short in length, the width fit perfect. The 8W fit perfect in width, the length overall fit good. The primary problem I have noticed is around the ankle, they are too loose and causes the shoe to feel loose and slides up and down the back of the ankle/heel when walking. Overall the shoes are comfortable, I would have kept the 8W if it wasn't for the loose heel issue. I have been a customer with Zappos for many years and have purchased many pairs of shoes and have been very happy every time with the great customer service with Zappos. I have always highly recommended Zappos to my family, friends and coworkers.
